Moxy Istanbul Taksim

Central Location. Seconds to Taksim street and square. Wonderful hotel staff. Street noise. Thee is a bar/Irish pub right on the other side of the hotel and it was loud until 4 am. Bring ear plugs!

Amazing location. The room is spacious we were 3 and it was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The only concern was that we didn’t find a wardrobe in the room we had to hang the clothes on the hooks stuck on the wall other than that it’s 10/10 stay. Thank youu

The location is really good. The staff are amazing, special thanks to Diyar, Kubi and Furka who were amazing with us. Cleanliness could have been better.

I really liked the staff by the reception (diyar, furka and Kouby). Location is nice, food is nice. Rooms were not cleaned well. Breakfast section needs to be cleaned more.

I had an incredible stay at Moxy Istanbul Taksim and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Ahmet at the front desk set the tone from the moment we arrived. He was warm, welcoming and shared helpful tips about the area and things to see nearby. Caner at the bar brought great energy every night and made us feel right at home with excellent food and drink recommendations. Furkan went above and beyond for us. He was always happy to help after hours and he also did an excellent job helping us find our taxi to the airport on our last day. Ceren was also great during our stay and we appreciated her help. All of the staff we interacted with brought great energy and made us feel welcome from start to finish! The location is perfect. It is in the heart of Taksim and walking distance to great restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. It is also very easy to get around from here whether you want to explore Istiklal Street, Galata or use public transportation. This hotel has a great vibe, great service and an amazing team. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it! Nothing everything was great.

The staff and management were very warm and welcoming, and pet friendly, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The property was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fairly good, though there is still room for improvement. Overall, I had a great experience and everything else was excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, some of our shopping bags, shoe boxes, and the stroller wrap were unfortunately thrown away without our permission. I also noticed that a few of my belongings went missing, though I cannot be sure if they were among those items. It would be better if the housekeeping staff did not remove anything from the room without checking with guests first.

The rooms were bigger than in the photos. Spacious and very comfortable, everything was new and very clean. The staff was always helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good. They had done an amazing restoration job on the building. They could put more fruit at breakfast.

We have wedding group with breakfast the staff insult our Guest and take the tray food from her hand front all the guests after that their apologies to late need training GM experience to handle customers conflicts and problems and opportunity The hotels have a lot’s of staff service issues I never stay again

Everything was new and top quality. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

My hats off to architects to convert one of the century old buildings that belongs to one of the ottoman pasha to vibrant and hip Hotel while respectfully respect and protect buildings original aura. If it's not for staying it's worth to go to see their successful transformation from ancient architecture to modern use instead of destroying it.???
