Location Breakfast very poor.

Although the hotel appears modest and slightly dated at first glance, my stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. What truly elevated the experience was the warm and attentive staff, whose kindness and support made all the difference. The breakfast buffet was also a delightful surprise—fresh, delicious, and satisfying each morning. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and genuine care throughout my stay. I had a pleasant stay at Elysion Hotel. The location is excellent, close to public transportation. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. A special thanks to Mr. Sahin very welcoming and kind, he made the experience even better.

The size of my room was not huge, but was very adequate, not a tiny room like some European hotels have. Also, for a budget hotel, I thought the upper floors may need to use stairs; but I was pleasantly surprised they have elevator access. The bathroom seemed very clean. Finally, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He walked me to my room to make sure it was up to my expectations. He also provided a secure room for my luggage storage the afternoon after I had checked out. It seemed like the hot water was more like lukewarm. But I took a very short shower, so maybe I didn't give it long enough to warm up.

Arrived at the hotel at 6.30am after a 2 hour walk from the Esenler bus station. The gentleman on duty gave me a cup of coffee and I was given a room at 7.00am. The nice curtain, carpet and warm feeling in the room was much appreciated. A small glass fridge was cold inside and was used to keep water and other items cold. That was great. The TV worked well, unlike the snowy TV's in other Turkish hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very nice to deal with. Hotel was close to the money exchange outlets and the bus terminal for the airport. Nothing

We received very warm welcome at the reception and the service was friendly and efficient throughout the stay. The location was very convenient for us for personal reasons, but in fact the place is very close to the main communication lines of Istanbul (tram, metro) and both Sultanahmet and even Balat are within a walking distance. Breakfast is nominally since 8am, but we managed to get it a bit earlier upon request. There are many place to go out to eat in the vicinity. The only problem, but this was NOT the fault of the hotel, was extremely loud music outside until 1am, perhaps from a club or so (it was on Friday night). Perhaps asking for a room not facing the street would not be a bad idea.

Excellent location close to metro/tram/bus. Very good staff. Clean and large rooms. No window in the family room that we initially booked. When I claimed they moved us immmediately to 2 other rooms. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Beds could be more confortable.

- the staffs were very nice and helpful; they helped us loads our huge baggages - they upgraded our room; it is large and super clean so we were very impressed - the breakfast has a variety of selections that change slightly everyday - the location is in a calm area but still central (20’ to sultanahmet square, or near the tram to everywhere around the city) I wish the hotel could have more fruits in the breakfast

wonderful hotel, near for all Istanbul places, Staff very friendly, speak Turkish, English, Georgian (my native) and Russian as well. They order Taxi for airport transfer and payment was quite cheap. I am glad and again I will order this hotel. Everything is fine

Clean, near metro and tram, perfect location, stuff so friendly I stay in same hotel before 4 years, was perfect, so when I visit Istanbul I stay in same hotel, but a lot of different than last time. If I need to take sure alot of time there os no hot water I call reception and they told me after 5 min try, this happen 3 time in 6 days, also the breakfast almost nothing to eat, a few thing at each palet for open buffet, it's totally different than before 4 years, also 1 time happen the elevator not work and because only 1 elevator in hotel I go up 5 floor in stairs. I realy like this hotel and I like if they return everything as it before 4 years, at that time I rate the hotel 9.5
