Sadaret Suites in Old City-Best Group Hotels

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional—extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely maintained. I was very satisfied with everything and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

It’s spacious. Perfect location. It’s my second stay at the Sadaret Suits, my first experience few years ago was easily 10/10 and maybe one of the most pleasant booking I’ve ever had. Now it was definitely nothing alike. No help with finding the location, because the gps was giving a funny result. I waited in front of the old place, they had a new one in close approximation, no one came. Was stressful because there’s nowhere to park and had to block a street with all the luggage after 8 hours drive. Then they redirected me to a parking, I’ve asked if it’s fine to park on the street like all the other cars and they didn’t want to answer (maybe getting a commission from the parking)? So I’ve decided to park anyway on the street and everyone assured me it’s fine and it was fine. The bathroom was beaten up, the shower head wasn’t working properly, there’s no natural light and the patio was misleading and not the one from the photo that was outside in a square. Overall 6/10 because I really liked it the first time.

This is the easiest 10 I've ever scored. Our stay at Sadaret Suites was simply outstanding. I've travelled a fair amount around the world and in my experience it is rare to experience this level of care and kindness from a hotel. We arrived at the accommodation around 9pm and I was upset because I'd been ripped off by the taxi app I used to get to the accommodation from IST airport (If you want to avoid a headache and spending more money, use the shuttle service from the hotel). We were welcomed by Mr Gohan on arrival. He asked us to have a sit down, offered us drinks and gave us a good overview of the services provided. It was our wedding anniversary and Mr Gohan had a number of treats lined-up for us which we were not expecting at all. He mentioned that the room was a few levels up and there was no lift (which we already knew from the reviews) but a member of staff carried our luggage for us with a smile on his face. Mr Gohan also introduced us to Mr Ahmet John who helped the staff look after us during our stay. He was extremely helpful with every question we had. Nothing was too much for him. The next morning we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel facilities which is a 5 mins walk from the main reception. We didn't have our phone on us so a member of staff walked us there and after we finished, another one took us back! We had other requests such as an extra duvet, extra water bottles, etc and all got resolved promptly. Simply outstanding! Many thanks Mr Gohan, Ahmet John and the entire team at Sadaret Suites, you've helped make this trip utterly memorable! The kitchen is a bit short on utensils but this wasn't a problem for us. Also I'm confident that if we had requested something we needed the team would have resolved this for us :)

Suite was amazing. Great space and very comfortable. Staff was excellent with checking and out with carrying all our baggage. Close to all the main attractions and restaurants etc. Highly recommended stay N/A

There are so few hotels that make you feel that the staff truly cares about your stay at a personal level. They provided so many little touches to ensure we were enjoying our stay. When we had late night return transfers, we were always greeted with fresh fruit and snacks since the restaurants were closed. Their recommendations for dining and entertainment were from the heart not Google or sponsored establishments. I know that the hotel star rating is based on the amenities but this hotel is 5 star in the ways the 5 star hotels never are. Be comfortable, cared for and confident that this hotel will provide you a wonderful stay. There was nothing I did not like.

Ahmet was perfect

The attention to detail was excellent. The staff were so nice and hospitable. The mobile wifi they provided us with was an unexpected and very useful surprise. NA

The stayed on the ground floor room. It was quite clean, had good lighting, and WiFi connection. Building was centrally located and everyone including Mr Johann was very friendly. The pics are are exactly what you get. We felt safe. I cannot stress how friendly everyone was! The room was fully stocked with bath robes, soap, shampoo, slippers, and many other small toiletries/essentials I wasn’t expecting (qtips, facial tissue, toothbrushes, masks, etc). I really liked the fact there was a washer/dryer for a family with two young kids. Beds are comfortable and housekeeping did a good job daily. FYI, there is a large playground about a ~7 min walk away near the water. I take away one point due to location. As a family with two young children, the location wasn’t ideal. Although a ~10 min walk to public transportation isn’t far normally, it becomes a hassle with younger kids (we also had a stroller) and especially with all the neighborhood cats my kids wanted to play with. So we occasionally used taxis and it was frustrating trying to get one. Bitaxi drivers and normal taxi drivers at the taxi stand required negotiation and we were regularly given a ‘tourist’ price. We had better luck with Uber but trips were also canceled frequently which was a waste of time.

Great locaion to visit historical sites. Flat was clean

The location of property was literally a few steps away from the Blue Mosque but in a nice quiet private street with a few amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was extremely spacious larger than expected and had all the amenities we required plus more! The bed was super comfortable and extra large! We felt at home here straight away ? The host took extra care of us and accommodated all of our needs Nothing could have been better it was perfect!

Very central, the owner and staff were absolutely fantastic and very welcoming. Everything was spotless and perfect.

Fantastic little apartment, great location, very close to some of the main Istanbul attractions. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartment suites just a few metres from the hotel. It was furnished very nicely, and recently, had everything needed, loved all the little snacks. A kitchenette if you wanted to cook but we ate all our meals out. Friendly and very helpful manager and all the team

There was a misunderstanding about the paiement method due to lack of information on booking, but the manager was very kind and we solved it.

This one bedroom apartment in a very central location was amazing. Everything was there, beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home!! A big thank you to Gokan and all the staff who were always extremely helpful and accomodating with anything we needed!! Nothing...it was fabulous!!

The property is located very centrally in the heart of Sultanahmet and very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, also very close to the T1 metro station for convenient travels within the city. The apartment is extremely well maintained, clean and hygienic with supplies like water, sweets, fresh towels and housekeeping done daily. It’s also quite spacious with 2 double beds, decent kitchenette and compact patio, overall a very good experience and highly recommended. The location was close to everything

The main attractions of Sultanahmet are all in 10 min walking distance...The Manger Yohan is out standing...very helpful, friendly and respectful...There was welcoming goodies basket of fruits, pastries, cake and baklava for our suite...the quietness of the suite is perfect, no outside noise heard...the suite 1002 has a fridge, microwave, safe box, hot water kettle, free WiFi...The staff Arret was very helpful and polite...ran to towards us to help with the luggage...Yohan explained what is important to follow and what to avoid, where to eat and where not to...overall our stay was fantastic... NA, all was as good as we expected...

Really good place to stay in Istanbul. Location is just perfect for a tourist who want to be in the center of everything. Room was clean and beautiful, personnel was helpful, especially Ali and manager Yehan.
