The view on top is stunning ++ The kindest people i've met in Istanbul very warm and welcoming Will come back for sure!

I request for breakfast, but they said not available No iron available, 3 night no clean I called the staff from the airport to pick up me the refuse when I booked the room shuttle service , which was like that

Location Here's a review you might consider: Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them rather than a valued guest. Their attitude was consistently dismissive and unfriendly, making the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and dust in several areas. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with mold in the shower and a lingering unpleasant odor. It was clear that housekeeping was not a priority here. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here unless the management makes some serious improvements to both their customer service and their cleaning standards.

Only location Everything, it was my life mistake to stay there. Staff always try to scam you by giving high price of tour, room were dirty and never got room service in 4 days and if you ask for room service they get annoyed, cimex were on beds was not able to sleep single night, toilets were stinking.DONT BOOK ON ANY COST.

Well, one guy carried our baggage up the stairs :-) It was clean The location I am very often in Istanbul and the location is well. The hotel itself is not that bad even if too old for my taste (very small stairs, everything was working but lloked broken, I coudl close my roomdoor thoygh, this was broken) but is same price as other hotels offering more for same location. I didnt like the reception. The lady was very cold, I felt like I was disturbing, it tooks long minutes to verify we really add a reservation, then there was talks about and forth about what room they would give us... too much bad organization. No breakfast, not to best "level" for same price as othera offering this

The hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk to Arasta Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern. The stairs is exhausting ? We were in the 3rd floor, so imagine going up and down the steep stairs is tiring. But since we stayed in the hotel for 10 days we got used to it.

location room booked for 5 nights. out of the 5 nights, it was only cleaned once and that’s after persistent request made. staff unhelpful and didn’t seem as if they cared. Hospitality non existent. the room itself was outdated, broken cupboard doors, dated interior. Unfortunately not able to give minus ratings, otherwise this would be in the depths of my hot heap of excretion.

Nothing Scruffy. Manager asleep on sofa in reception upon arrival. He rearranged the furniture so we could sit but forgot to remove his sweaty socks. We were locked in hotel in morning. I.e no staff at property. All doors locked. And a phone number to ring if you required help. But pinned to outside of door, so no help at all. Had to jump 10 feet out of window to make our exit and catch our flights. So basically pretty awful. Really lucky there wasn't a fire. Or medical emergency in night. Would like to complain but you make it so hard to do so might as well not bother. Yours unimpressed and unhappy. Andrew mitchell

There was no receptionists Hotel entrance was locked up to 1o o" clock in morning The main entrance should be open

Nothing Filthy hotel with bed bugs all over the bed. Had to leave the hotel at midnight and go around the streets until the morning to get the issue sorted. At the end we had our money refunded and booked a cleaner hotel to stay in. Worst night of my life and this has started a paranoia in me with hotel cleaning standards. Would stay away at all costs!

Be Careful. Do not enter the place in front of this Hotel. The Sultan Terras Fish Kebab steks House. It was the worst experience with the staff of this place. I went up to the terrace with my parents. We were very excited by the view from the terrace. We sat down at the table. The waiter offered us a seafood platter for 30 Turkish liras. This platter was not priced on the menu. that's why they insisted on him. Of course I couldn't resist the temptation and ordered. everything was fine and dandy until they brought the bill for payment. 30 Turkish Liras turned into 3000 . It was a shock. A huge scandal started. The waiters insisted that they told me that it cost 3000 and not 30. That such a plate cannot cost so cheap. Although the fish was fried with a lot of oil and dry. The waiter was ready to hit me. I called the police, they called lawyers. I negotiated up to 2000 Turkish liras. I left with a bitter taste. Disappointed and robbed. They are thieves and crooks.
