Up and down streets

The room was clean - it's an economy room one level below the ground floor with a small window, but this was expected and sufficient for my needs. There was a small issue in my bathroom, but the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly while I was out. I was able to leave my luggage before check in and after check out free of charge. I didn't quite like the neighborhood, although that's not related to the hotel itself. If I were to visit Istanbul again, I would probably stay in a different area and just visit the old town.

Great stay overall and fantastic view with balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Emir at reception, who was professional, welcoming, and made everything smooth. I really appreciated the good service and hospitality.

Great location, comfortable beds, strong WiFi and aircon and an elevator. Super kind and helpful staff -a special thank you to Emre and Rashad! House-keeping was offered every day and the terrace is a nice touch. There’s a restaurant on site too, but I didn’t try it. The location cannot be understated… it’s near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, the metro (not even a 5 minute walk), restaurants, -you name it, Theodian Hotel is near it - or has it! I’ll def stay here again when I return to Istanbul. Everything was great; thank you.

I enjoyed solo trip and I drunk until midnight. Staff was kindly, I slept well. Shower room is not comfortable than Japan, but it is enough to stay:)

The economic room leaves a bit to be desired…

Wonderful location(markets, restaurants, spa pharmacy parts…..) amazing receptionists team friendly, and flexible communication ?? you feel as a home when you drink coffee over tarrase or in my room’s balconies it so incredible Thank you ?? None honestly

It was also very quiet at night, so I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was comfortable as well.

Not expected as described.! They gave me economy room in the basement where they do laundry and smelling all detergents. Room was very cold and they gave me very small electric heating. I asked if I could they or cancel my reservation they said no. Very not satisfied Not expected as described.! All the staffs are so nice, the location is good, bus stop, underground, overground stations nearby.

The room was nice. I originally booked another room, where I didn't realize that it was in the basement without a window. However, I got an upgraded room for free with a window, balcony, and sea view. It's so nice and from the balcony, you can see the Bosphorus Strait with ships. The location is good, and it's less than 10 10-minute walk to the Sultanahmed Mosque and Aya Sofia. It's also a few minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar.

It was clean and tidy, room had patio/balcony which was nice. Comfy beds and excellent customer service. The staff even upgraded my room free of cost ♥️ Nothing

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions — everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rashad, the Manager, has upgraded my accommodation to a more spacious and comfortable room, with no additional cost incurred. Furthermore, the location offers convenient access to prominent landmarks, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and nearby attractions such as the Cistern Basilica and Topkapi Palace, all within a short walking distance.

The only positive aspect of the stay was the convenient location, which was close to nearby attractions. The room was very unclean and poorly maintained. There were strands of hair all over the bed and floor, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, the hygiene standards were extremely low. I chose not to use the provided towels as they appeared dirty, and the bed linen, pillows, and towels were all discolored, with a noticeable yellow tint due to grime.

The room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to places like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, but still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe the whole time. The staff were always friendly and ready to help if I needed anything. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. It is very close to all the major tourist attraction. The staff and management is exceptionally good for their touristic information, guidance and cooperation. The room size is a bot small. The Elevator needs to be repaired to function better.
