Location was great. Taxi to airport was 47 euros. The staff arranged a taxi for us to return to the airport. We took a metered airport taxi to the hotel and it was 75 euros. The heater worked well. Very dirty. I was surprised at how dirty it was. Online you could book a king bed room or a queen bed room. I booked the king bed room. We arrived to a queen bed. They told me they only have queen beds. So booking.com has it wrong. Or they lied to me. We had ONE TWIN SIZE blanket when we arrived. At 2:00 am I was waiting for them to find us another blanket. They found me a horrible blanket for the first night and then gave us a proper blanket the next day. Who puts a twin blanket on a queen size bed for 2 adults to share? There was a mosquito keeping us up all night. The mosque is very close so Call to Prayer is very early and loud. We heard people in the hallway loud and clear while trying to sleep Each night. The toilet almost touched the wall so you have to straddle the toilet to sit on it. There's holes in the ceiling where mosquitos enter. Bed was extremely soft like it's gotten so old. Bedding was stained.

the location of the hotel was bit awkward, it was located at the slope area, and we have to climb almost 100 meters to get to the city central area

Staff was very cooperative. And location is also.. hardly 10 minutes walk for tram and 15-18min walk for blue mosque 01) Commode without hand shower, May b that's Turkish culture I don't know.. commode without hand shower is quiet frustrating.. 02) height of stairs.. I am fit so no problem for me but may be for others it could be tough.

I booked this place for my mum and aunt. They said: the service, the cleaning staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily. It wasn't big but it was enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My mum said: I can't think of anything bad considering the price we paid.

Only thing I liked was hotel near to famous location and staff namely Turan was amazing guy...he spoke in a nice way and was very supportive Small rooms...After I put my luggage I even cannot stand in room

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to all of the main attraction sites Housekeeping was not daily, so we were without clean towels for 2/3 days at a time

Miklagord was overbooked when we arrived but they kindly offered us a very nice room at Divas hotel, just a few steps away. From our room we enjoyed a spectacular view of the sea. The hotel is located in the city center, you can reach all amenities by foot.
