The location is great, right next to Topkapi station. The pool was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The room needs maintenance. The AC is very loud and not very cold. The bed isn’t too comfortable. The shower head needs to be replaced. There was no gym.

I know this hotel well since I used to stay here frequently. Great staff with high quality services. AC was terrible at my 2 days stay. I hope they can fix it sooner before summer.

Very friendly team. I went there early. And hotel was full. They still give me one room to clean myself up after long flight. They are very friendly people.

That said, the guest relations representative was very kind and helpful, assisting us with room changes, which resolved the Wi-Fi issue. The breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while the staff tried to help, we felt the hotel experience was closer to a 3- to 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star property.

No thing The worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was too old. Beds smelled very bad and were very uncomfortable . It was not sound proof. You think that you are in the middle of street. Never stay here. Tv in the room was very small. Every room could only use turkish bath and steam room only 30 minutes per stay.

We liked that is very close to a metro station. It had many facilties like. We tried the SPA and the exchange office. The room was clean. Breakfast was varied but the food was kinda cheap in quality. The room was cold and the heating vent was blowing only cold air no matter how you set the thermostat. We requested a blanket. The room and bathroom were quite old looking. The TV was useless.
