The cleanliness was outstanding, honestly better than many 4- and 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was supposed to cost $5, but they told me it was complimentary — which was a nice surprise. It included all the basics: eggs, cheese, honey, butter, bread, and tea. I arrived very early in the morning (around 10 a.m.), and they kindly allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated after a long trip. Overall, the value for money is excellent — truly impressive for the price. The receptionist provided me with tools to fix my broken suitcase, which I really appreciated. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel is clean, I checked in 2 hours early and the room was clean. I didn't expect this level of cleanliness after reading the negative reviews about the hotel. Fridge doesn't work but I didn't ask to be honest

The metro and tram are a short walk away so convenient for getting around, breakfast provided a good start to the day. Everything was in good order in the room and the shower was good, I think it was good value and the staff were friendly also.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the tram. The breakfast was tasteless, and once they even gave me stale food. When I complained, they didn't like it.

Breakfast is exquisite, room is clean and organised. Hotel staffs are extremely friendly. Bathroom size is a bit small. Other than that, everything is in Order.

The place was close to historical places and have a good access to public transport. The breakfast selection remained the same throughout our stay and did not meet our expectations. While the night reception staff were pleasant, the individual we encountered during breakfast was unfriendly and did not greet us. This lack of warmth and hospitality made us feel unwelcome, and we did not enjoy going down for breakfast each day in.addition to lack of variety in the food.
