Çok teşekkür ederim. /

There was one thing that I didn't like, but it wasn't too bad. The room had an old cigarette smell, like it was previously a smoking room. But when I say this, I know that smoking is still very common everywhere in Türkiye. The only reason I noticed is because I have a very sensitive sense of smell and I'm a non-smoker.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Hotel Reis! Our family had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Reis in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Everyone made us feel truly at home. We especially want to thank Süleyman for his amazing hospitality. He was always ready to help with a smile and made sure everything was perfect for us throughout our stay. His friendliness and care really made a difference. The hotel and room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a great selection that suited all of us. Hotel Reis is a wonderful place for families, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice hotel, with very helpful and positive staff. The location was good, 5 mins to T1 and bus station.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The property itself was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. I particularly want to highlight Jemil, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with an issue I had with my car. His prompt and thoughtful help made a huge difference. The hotel also offers a safe parking area, which was very convenient. The rooms were spotless, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. Additionally, Sulejman, the hotel owner, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location was another standout. It's situated near a tram station with access to line T1, which made it easy to reach all the major attractions in Istanbul. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and the warmth of its staff. Nothing

The location was well connected with various areas including the airport. It is fair to judge a place depending on the price you pay. The hotel was decent, safe, clean, next to supermarkets and local restaurants and the personnel was polite. For people who look for an affordable option, I recommend it.

I chose this location because it is close to the tram and also I wanted to try the Uyghur restaurants in the area which Serve their food along with some Chinese style cuisine. This is where many of those restaurants are. The people at the hotel were very nice and although many people seem to have a problem with the breakfast I didn't find it a problem because I really don't eat much breakfast and it was OK but it is a very Turkish style breakfast it seems and doesn't really have that much flavor but I didn't have any problem with it. For the price in this area I think the hotel is fine. It was very comfortable and clean and I was able to manage the room cleaning schedule to fit when I was going to be out of the room. The Wi-Fi was really bad. Add many times it was hard to get anything done. There is a warning not to eat any food in the room which I found unusual but I'm sure there is a reason. Two out of the four nights I stayed I was woken at 6 AM with the call to prayers and then at 7 AM with people slamming their doors I guess going down to breakfast. I don't know why they could not just close the door without slamming it. And then at 8 AM the cleaning crew was out banging around in the next rooms. So if you want to get a really good sleep and maybe sleep late you might wanna try another hotel.
