The location IF you got the room you paid for would have been great seeing the Blue Mosque. However never got what I paid for and a view of trash at the back of hotel. Where to begin. DO NOT STAY HERE. Room I paid for, I never got to be in as the circuit breakers kept popping and one socket caught fire. Manager was aware of the issue in this and adjoining room as it is stated in the prior stays review. Adapter blown out and was told they would replace it and never did. -Moved to a room at the BACK of the hotel, shower ceiling falling in, toilet flusher buttons not working, sink faucet leaning and totally loose when trying to use it, shower connections sprayed water everywhere but on you. -Room over looked a balcony full of mop buckets and a lower roof piled high with garbage and assorted trash, a lot of it! Not a view of the Mosque Paid For. -Paid extra for a room with a view of the Blue Mosque and ac, received NEITHER. Asked repeatedly for the ac remote and was told over and over okay, yes and never given one. Seems to be what they do, appease the guest with words and NO FOLLOW THRU. Once they have your money you are at their mercy. Mgr tried to say he had someone bring up the ac remote and that was untrue as I was in the room the entire time he said it was placed there. Hot hot hot in the room. -Booking.com on a recorded call on their end and mine where told repeatedly that the hotel would refund the last night as I gave up on this hotel and left before check out time (video proof) and went to a hilton for ac and a working toilet. So far after 4 months no refund and Booking.com has done nothing. Have not used Booking.com since, no feedback at all from them. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Do not trust the so called nice reviews. New management does not care about anything but money. Also do not use them for airport pick up. What a cluster if you know what I mean. That was a precursor as to what was to come. Had to formally take a taxi. Mgr tried to say I was picked up and in his car and I said, "really? I am in a taxi!" He was quiet after that.

The hotel has a restaurant on the roof, of the same name ARARAT, and they serve very good and fresh breakfast there

Location, price, and helpful staff. It would be a good idea to put a soap/shampoo holder in the shower.

3 minutes walks to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Excellent location. Lots of supermarkets and food options nearby. The bus stop to/from airport was also 2 minutes away. Host was very accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t buffet but delicious. No elevator so be ready to climb stairs. Rooms are on 2nd floor. No phones/reception (but Mehmet was available on WhatsApp all the time and gave good advise to save us money in transportation).

It was great that breakfast was included. It was fresh cooked and a variety of foods. We stayed 3 days and the woman remembered our morning drink of choice and was very accomodating. Great food!! One of the bedrooms didn't have a darkening shade in it. This made it easy to see in from the street at night and the streetlights shined in.

Very convenient location to Blue Mosque and other historical sites. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel helped with airport transfer, which was great! The room had a bad odor. The bathroom odor was even worse. Water coming out of tap is not drinkable. We were not able to control temp in room.

It was the right option to stay here. all the attraction and famous place is just around. easy access for public transport,restaurants, bazaar and so on. if you are on family trip, this is the best place to stay. most awesome is the terrace.. so nice and chill.

Location 1. No one was.innreception. 2.Very stip stairway. 3.No Elevator 4. No one was in dining area form breakfast, except one cook was working in kitchen. 5. The cook was also, was house keeper. 6.Carpet.on stair were torn.

Only good thins about this hotel is location. Room was ok but washroom was very dirty, First 2 nights there was no electricity in the area I checked out the area was blacked out no arrangement for emergency light, I used cell phone flash light to go to the washroom and last day electricity went out on the day. No arrangement for breakfast. No reception, no one on site. I will not recommend this to anyone.
