Only location it was near to the place where we were going Receptionist was really rude like he doesn’t care why we came, rooms wasn’t clean. An AC in the room if it’s not tuned on you can die from the warmth but if it’s on then you can die from ?. Breakfast was like ok kind of. Surrounding is terrible it stinks ?

Rooms were very quiet and clean, the service was good, the receptionist girl was very friendly and helped with every question, breakfast was very delicious and good.

Helpsom and polite B) Houskeeper is nice, polite and professional C) As a Turkish Istanbul Hotel, breakfast could be better with variety of breads, and fruit juice D) Cofemachine was good to have. I mentioned above, hut front desk staff and housekeeper are great people

1- The room was acceptably clean. 2-The man in the check-in reception borrowed me an EU-to-UK dapter to recharge my electonic devices. 3- Easy chek-out. Some of the drawbacks of the hotel were: 1- Noise pollution: The building and windows had poor sound insulation, which allowed high levels of outside noise to enter the room. This made it difficult to sleep until late hours of the night. 2- Tea/coffee: The electric kettle was not functioning properly. 3- Poor breakfast.

Availability of water and a kettle in the room is the only positive I can say about this hotel Turkish tea is the most important part of the breakfast in Turkey. The guy at the reception who controls the breakfast room kept adding boiled water to the main tea pot which makes the tea rubbish. Tea pot and water pots are separate in Turkish tea settings. Vegetables in the breakfast was poor quality The room was not a NON SMOKING ROOM even though I have specifically asked for one.
