Was very clean. No one can speak conversational English. We had to use Google translate to order food and to communicate with the staff. At the breakfast just Turkish breakfast, nothing European or international.

I did like the decor of the room and establishment. The noise level was very bad. I was originally put on the first floor where my room had a non-functioning balcony door and a lot of the employees we go, hang out there during their breaks and talk exceptionally loud and smoke cigarettes so I asked to be moved and they accommodated me, but my room was much smaller, plus there was still a lot of noise going on around me. I will say that the walls in this establishment are very thin. It’s very easy to hear everything going on in the other rooms, if you’re someone that’s easily gets disturbed while resting you are going to hate staying here. I only stayed here because of the convenience but I’ll never do it again.

The hotel was a great location for our business trips. The rooms were spacious, clean with good facilities, and very good value for money. There is a bar/restaurant with plenty of entertainment, TVs and nice decor next to the hotel, this was very good for us, the dinner and breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if visiting the area. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful in booking us taxis etc but then some of the other staff were quite rude. There were issues with the electric during part of our stay, I know this is sometimes out of control but did make it difficult for our business meetings.

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY MEETING ARRANGEMENTS. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. EVEN TOUGH I BOOKED VIA BOOKING.COM THEY INFORMED BOOKING.COM THAT MY RESERVATION AS CANCELLED. ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL IS WEIRD. THERE WERE NO CLEAR SIGNS.

Reception personnel 90cm beds or less There is no restaurant at the hotel!! You only able to eat at the cafe of the hotel! where the food is so bad and so expensive as well!!! Even if you thought of choosing a room including breakfast, you would also eat at the cafe ? Room service won’t clean the room, and WON’T change the towels! Not enough everything This hotel is really really bad, don’t believe the pictures, if you don’t want to waste your money don’t think of checking in here

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent so I got sudden cold water every few seconds while showering. The room is a non smoking room, but there are smoke coming in around 11pm (we are not sure from where exactly) and it smelled smokey.

Good location and close to the mall The ac didnt work so it was extremely hot in the rooms, they barely cleaned and when they did it was still very dirty. The shower overflowed everytime we took a shower. No breakfast buffet and always the same food.

Breakfast is very poor, room not cleaned next day ACt very strong and loud.

Location. First floor is a lounge and coffee. It was clean, warm. They didn’t come every day to check and clean the room, even we were putting make up room. Hard to find receptionist in the place. No one at the receptionist place when you need some assistance.

I didn't like the bed,because it was to small and it doesn't comfortable for two person.

It was clean there is no fridge in the room, and if you have a room overlooking the restaurant it is noisy

I loved how helpful & attentive the staffs were to our needs. My mum had a mini surgery & needed to ice every 10 mins which we thought would have been a problem but the staffs proved us wrong, they were happy to bring us ice packs whenever it was needed. The food was tasteful aswell & their lounge comes alive at night with a great crowd & good music. Personally, I would have loved if there was a fitness center in it or an affiliation with a close by gym

My room was not clean during my stay. Housekeeping, cigarette smell, loud music until late.

Location is perfect! Real Turkish breakfast is very tasty! Big modern room!
