The service was spectacular; the kindness and courtesy were remarkable during this stay. There was some rather bothersome construction, but I imagine it was a one-off incident.

Close to the Bosphorus, Blue Mosque and Haga Sofia. Nice rooms and helpful staff.

Staff is wonderful. Got free upgrade from basement room and staff made turkish coffee to try out and many handy tourist tips. Wonderful stay

Very good licalisation. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very good value for the money. View from the window. But we didn't stay at the hotel during the day, thus it was not so big problem.

Location was great We made reservations for a non smoking family room with breakfast included. We got two separate rooms instead. One of the rooms reeked of smoke, the other one didn’t have a shower door, which resulted in everything being wet. The sheets didn’t look clean, the pillows smelled bad, and there was black mold in the room. The hotel site advertised breakfast? But upon asking about breakfast location we were told that they stop serving breakfast years prior. I’ve attempted to gather information from the staff and the guy who was napping at the time seemed annoyed that we woke him up from its nap. Location was good as it was walking distance from a lot of the sites.
