Really central location, right in the middle of Besiktas with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful with cases although had very little English. Our room stank of cigarette smoke. We asked if they had a different non-smoking room but were told there were none available. At no point when booking or before/during arrival were we asked if we would like smoking or non-smoking. It was really unpleasant and I've come home with the clothes I was wearing in bed still reeking of smoke. Room was also pretty tired and dirty.

Very helpful staff Double price of a nearby hotel Stairs before the elevator but the staff always carried the baby carriage and helped alot ?

At first the staff seemed Friendly and Most of them were. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The Old man at the desk brought down a “friend” from another room that was also very old, and asked me a “younger woman” if I would like his friend to take me out and buy me clothes and gifts like as if I was an escort. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was no one to complain to because no one spoke barely any English at the Hotel.
