My second stay here, and I basically liked everything. To name a few things I especially liked: My room was spacious and clean. The same goes for the shower, which is also spacious and clean, moreover the water pressure is good. Airconditioning works nicely. It's easy to communicate with the staff through WhatsApp. Location is great, really close to the busses and pier. Nothing I didn't like.

close to stuff The fridge was not working

Generally, it's nothing to complain about. Although it would be great to have a shower caddy in the shower cabin.

I liked the location the most, really close to Beşiktaş square, so in turn also close to the dock/port and a 6 minute bus ride away from Taksim. The place was good value. You get what you pay for. And I also liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Twice I put the 'please clean my room' card on the door handle, and no one cleaned my room. Later I realized that they clean the rooms upon requests, so you have to tell one of the staff that you want your room cleaned. This wasn't sometuing I didn't like, but just something that surprised me. But one tne thing I actually didn't like was the bathroom. My first day here there was this rotten egg smell every time I turned on the light and the ventilation started working. Thankfully, after the first day I didn't notice any smells. The shower takes some time to warm up and the water pressure is bad.

The location is great, the breakfast places next door, close to Besiktas iskelesi, a lot of transportation options. The receptions is open 24\7, no issues with the hotel. The room was clean. It was perfect for a short trip. The walls are thin, so you can hear other people, but honestly, that's the case with most 3 hotels, so I don't even consider that a drawback.

Rooms were clean, and the hotel was in close proximity to the main attractions of the city, with a bus stop nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Starting from the ambience to the hospitality to the friendships I had to the sharing of music and cultures; this place felt like home away from home. Hidayets daughters adorable art and his smile greeted me when I first stepped in; and the balcony views , fresh tea and cake , exchange of conversations and art made it like a place I knew from years before ! Also the location is the best you can get in entire Istanbul ?

Perfect location to explore all of Istanbul. I took a private room with a bathroom. It even had a little balcony overlooking the restaurants and cafes below. Everything was clean, functional, and very tasteful. For the price, I feel that it was a great deal. The bed was very comfortable and room also had AC and noise-proof windows. I wish there had been a mini fridge.

Very good location. The shower is broken, the drain doesn't work, there is no toilet paper, the flooring is worn out. Although, all this is more than normal for a Turkish three-star hotel for 40-50 euros per night. For a short stay - OK. But if you come for several days and not alone, then look for something better.
