Every think great axcept room need more cleaning but it is good I would like bilal and his friend at the reception they were nice and helpful

It's very noisy until 4 AM during the weekend due to the club right next/attached to the hotel. Mainly it's just very loud thump thump bass music. The doors and walls are thin, so you can also hear other people clearly in the hallway.

Location is very good right across the Beşiktaş Center and also 15min walking distance towards the Nişantaşı zone. The room was quite big and with large windows easy to get air. Rooms were clean enough. There was minibar helping us to cool our drinks. The staff should get training on how to treat a customer in hospitality sector and some communication skills. They seemed to be missing these with their amateur teenage attitudes. The elevator was not working from time to time.

The hotel is very clean. Huge rooms. Stuff amazing, especially Bushra she was very helpful. Location is the best close to everything in Besiktas restaurants cafe. The bus station is in front of the hotel. Thank you

Location is good Nothing

I recently stayed at The Capital Suites in Istanbul and overall had an acceptable experience, especially considering the reasonable price. The location is excellent convenient for exploring the city and close to many key attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive side of the stay. The room itself was okay, overall. However, it did feel somewhat dated, and the bathroom in particular looked quite old and slightly moldy. With some renovations or deeper cleaning, the room quality could improve significantly.

The room is very comfortable and the cleaning service was good No AC. A little noisy because of the location near the crowd restaurants

Only thing to fix is windows. Please replace them with a good quality windows with a noise cancellation. On Friday and on Saturday it was too loudly in the room up to 3 a.m. It was hard to have a sleep in such conditions. I hope that if windows will be changed the problem with sleeping will dissappear.

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect - just in the middle of vibrant Besisktas district but still on the silent street. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially thanks to Busra who gave us tips for sightseeing and getting around the city.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything. Definitely recommend it.

There was a girl in reception she was so sweet and helpful her name was sevily or something like that with long dark hair

Location is perfect but the place has no drop off and parking in front. Room was very small
