Cheya Beşiktaş Hotel

The room we stayed had no view, the adjacent buildings could see us completely in the room and we had to shut the curtains. The bed sheets were not very clean.

A nice little breakfast was included in our stay. The staff, especially the lovely breakfast lady, were friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, close to many restaurants & pubs, but not too close and the Besiktas ferry port was a 10-15 minute walk away. One inconvenient thing was the access to outlets by the bed. We had to get on the floor to plug in our phone chargers, discovering that an extension cord was under the bed, although it was not plugged in! It would be beneficial to install extension cords on both sides of the bed for ease of access for plugging in phones next to the bed.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk down to easy hill where you can find everything (pubs, restaurants, shops). Absolutely great stay in Besiktas. Thanks ?

There are a few things that I disliked , no espresso machine available in the hotel ( not in the room, nor in the breakfast area), only instant coffee. Another thing that i think is worth mentioning is that the hotel is on a hill. After a day visiting the city it was quite tiring to climb it.

The employee

The location and value for money are great. A 10 minute walk to the Bosphorus and ferries and there are some great alleyways for eating. It's walking distance to the metro which will take you to the blue mosque and the surrounding area which are popular with tourists. Moses, Baha and Isa were excellent. I recommend this hotel and area for solo travellers. I felt safe and a part of the local culture The hotel is a little old and tired, but the pros make up for this small point.

Very clean and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, hospitable staff

Overall, it wasn't so bad but there was an issue with the safety and cleanliness of the room. One of the rooms we stayed in had broken glass on the bathroom floor. When informed, the front desk staff sent the cleaning staff in the morning but did not apologize.

Exceptional location. We were there for the exam at Britishside. The hotel is right next door. Very clean, helpful staff, easy access to transportation, restaurants and cafes. There is even a supermarket next door. We will choose Cheya Besiktas on our next trip to Istanbul for sure. Good job. Everything is perfect.

Thankful for Mr.hakan and Mr.Essa they are so kind to us and helping us every time . Elevator too small The way between rooms are too closed from each other And sound are heared from other rooms

În the bathroom was some dirty parts, hot water and heating in the room. We use hair drier to warm the room and leave hot water to increase a little temperature.

All the suites are on the roof, which has low ceilings. The shower cabin is very small, barely you can fit in , the rooms were not cleaned well, especially the balcony , there were no cutlery in the kitchen.

Good city hotel with really big rooms. Didnt expect it that big. No Luxus but fair prices.
