This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived in Istanbul late at night, tired after a long trip. The staff gave us a room in the basement, which was dark and uncomfortable. Right after that, they offered to show us a “better room” if we paid extra. It really felt like they gave us the worst room on purpose to make us pay more. Unfortunately, since it was already very late, my wife and I had no choice but to stay for one night. The next morning, we left and moved to another hotel just across the street — it was newer, cleaner, cheaper, and the staff were much kinder and more professional. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

No breakfast provided even the money I paid is super higher than they should get for the hotel. Location so bad, plus the place and the description is not what is on the reality. Total lie.

When I arrived at your hotel, the doors were open, I called, a guy came out from another room. When I asked what would happen if I cancel my reservation, I didn’t receive answer, I think he didn't even understood. I checked booking.com snd saw that if I’ll cancel, will keep money for one night and return the rest (by the way, they (booking) haven't returned yet). When I booked through booking, I liked your hotel inside, there is a jacuzzi, but when I arrived to you by taxi, I was not delighted as I did not like the location. I can't say for sure, but it seems to me that it is dangerous to walk there in the evenings, especially since I am a girl. and i asked to help me order taxi, he said that they have taxi to/from airport/hotel. and sitting/checking his phone. he didn't help me with my luggages. i downloaded bitaksi and ordered taxi by myself and left. thats it.

It is good & fair

I stayed at this hotel for only one hour and I was completely disappointed. While the photos and reviews on Booking painted a different picture, upon arrival we were faced with a basement room that was outrageously dirty, full of mold, which also had a terrible smell. We left almost immediately and found alternative accommodation. However, the owner refuses to compensate us for the inconvenience and disregard we experienced. I should also mention that the owners did not speak any English, so communication was only possible through Google Translate from Turkish to English.

Great guys, warm welcoming and looking out for their guests. they cleaned the room every day and made sure all our small requests were satisfied immediately. huge thanks to personal!

Very reasonable price, good location, shops and restaurants nearby, metro few minutes by walk. We got upgrade for the room so we could enjoy nice sea view from the balcony.

I have stayed before in that hotel and I liked an experience. I booked deluxe room with a balcony on the upper floor. Jacuzzi is a big plus, especially if you are traveling in winter. There is no elevator, but I don’t count it as a minus, as it is not a problem for me and I knew it before I made a booking. The quality and price are excellent.

Good location and relaxing jacuzzi but more cons than pros. The internet was slow and there was no soundproofing at all, we could hear everything our neighbors and the reception were saying. There was nowhere to dry towels. Toilet paper gets wet when you take a shower because there is no curtain in the toilet. The refrigerator did not work. Couldn’t connect to TV.
