There is no elevator in this hotel and we were given a room on 2nd floor. As elderly couple it was very tiring for us. We prefer if they put a elevator in our next visit

This accommodation has an amazing location and very friendly staff. They also have a dog which is very friendly but careful if you're allergic, the dog goes everywhere. The breakfast is nice, it's prepared by the staff, very local but don't expect anything fancy or buffet like in a hotel. It's also served on the terrace no matter the weather which in 11°C wasn't the best. We had an economy room which was tiny, there was no space to put our clothes and luggage so I only recommend it if you're traveling light. The bathroom had a very strong smell of canalisation which never went away. The room has a powerful heating and AC which is great. It is on the ground floor and the windows go to the streets so it's very noisy. Also a lot of light comes through the blinds. If you're a light sleeper I don't recommend staying here. You only get a card for the room door, no key for the front door, so we were locked out a few times, but the receptionist is usually there to let you in. For 50€ a night for two people it was okay, but we probably won't stay here again.

Ideal location for the main mosques, bazaars, good restaurants, metro, shops. Breakfast was good, continental (bread (plenty of), cheese, meat, olives tomatoes and cucumber and jam) along with Turkish tea (coffee available) Room facilities including good WiFi, coffee and tea making , bottled water supplied. Very minor things like missing towel hooks or rail, shower head and hose had leaks. Slightly noisy (but we were on the ground floor near the entrance).

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean. Our room was bid, bright and had the blue mosque view. I can hear people talking in other rooms. Soundproofing is not great but it wasn’t a problem.

Fantastic hotel in the best location of Istanbul. Very friendly, flexible and understanding team. They adapted to my travel changes in several occasions without any minor inconvenience. Definitely I will stay there when I visit Istanbul.

The location is perfect, close to the main sights of the city. It was a little bit noisy when other guests walked up and down the stairs, also there’s a metro station near the hotel which made some noise, but it didn’t bother us at all and the hotel is great.

The location was just amazing, all the major locations like the blue mosque,Hagiyasophia, Grand bazaar are located close by the property. The staff are also very helpful & courteous. Everything was good just one request that they should keep glasses for drinking water in the room. When we had asked for 2 glasses we got 2 plastic cups except that all was excellent.

Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Location was very good. Approximately 500m to blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Noise from the unit directly above. Lack of provision of amenities like soap, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper. Breakfast area very small.

Location, A/C worked well, room was spacious and comfortable, they provided clean sheets and changed the towels everyday, the neighbourhood was quite, the bathroom was spacious and they supplied soap, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was overall good for starting the day, variety of cheeses, fresh bread, a boiled egg, olives, butter, marmalade and chocolate spread. The bathroom needed a more thourough cleaning, specially the toilet and the shower floor.
