The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants and many of Istanbul's main attractions. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any questions. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh options every morning. Overall, it was great value for money, and we would happily stay here again. The bathroom was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. Additionally, from time to time there was a smell of cigarette smoke, which was a little unpleasant. However, these issues did not significantly affect our overall experience, and we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. It's a real 3 star hotel, fully appointed with great staff and appointed with stone and wood details. Classy, super clean, with a like new appearance. The breakfasts on the top floor dining room are out of this world. Huge buffet with many changing choices. Great 1st floor lounge areas. Excellent location between 2 metro stations, and very near tram and bus stops allowing you to reach anywhere in Istanbul. Beds are comfy and my room had 2 lounge chairs, tables, refrigerator, coffee maker, a closet. Everything you need. All good.

Seems every time house keeping cleaned the room, my key wouldn't work after returning to the hotel, even though my room was booked for almost 3 weeks.

The hotel was clean and located in a shopping area, about a 25-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, straight up the street. The food was delicious, and the staff were very polite.

Rooms are extremely small. Internet is poor. Elevator is extremely slow and only one elevator in the hotel. You have to pay for the water.

We payed for the large room (18m2) with city view and they gave us smaller room (14m2) with no view at all.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast area is very nice, food is fresh and delicious. They are changing the towels every day which is big plus. Very good price and location. Audio insulation is bad, you can hear every step from another room, but that is usual thing for 3 star hotels like this one.

Good hotel, all nice and clean, only a bit of old cogarette smell lingers, but now its none smoking policy Staff dont speak much English which is hard, but otherwise very kind and friendly people
