Perfect location near all the old city attractions and a lot of food and shops around. Front desk were so helpful and accommodated my 1am arrival. Breakfast view was divine i wish they opened the rooftop for the morning. Pretty dark and small rooms. But the beds were comfy

I think that it could be better cleaning and changue towels

When we arrived we were asked to move to the another hotel because they have had some promblems with pipes. The other hotel was much further and not clean. Next morning we could move to the initialy booked hotel but we were not offered any transportation. Also we booked three-bed room and only got two-bed room. Brekfast didnt have a lot of option and most of the food was already taken.

Small rooms and thin walls. Some rooms have a locked door that connects to the room next to it so you can hear pretty much everything from the neighbour's room.

If you are visiting Istanbul, the location of this hotel is a dream. We were just a 5-10 minute walk from iconic sites like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop time; enjoying looking out over the Bosphorus and the city skyline was a memory we will never forget. The area is lively and full of great restaurants, yet the hotel remains a peaceful sanctuary. We had an incredible experience staying here. The hospitality and kindness of the staff went above and beyond; they truly made us feel like family. From the warm welcome to the personalized recommendations for local hidden gems, every detail was perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and elegantly decorated, blending modern comfort with traditional charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore this beautiful city! Not applicable

The breakfast was averagely tasty and there was enough choice. The food was delicious, as we already used the restaurant. Breakfast ended at 10:00, and by 10:05, they were clearing the table in front of you. They were telling you that it was over and you had to leave your plate. This is a very unpleasant fact, clearing the table in front of you. The room was not clean, there were no necessary hygiene items: toothpaste, shampoo, liquid hand soap, bathrobe. The refrigerator was terribly dirty, which I asked to be cleaned several times, but to no avail. The dining room tables and chairs were not clean and tidy either. I think there is a big problem with cleanliness in this hotel.

Very close to city center, the room was clean, the staff very friendly, good price. We enjoyed everything!

Hotel very close to Tram and Hagia Sophia. We manage to arrive via Metro and Tram and found it relative easily. Loved the lift. Loved the breakfast - enough choices. Loved the coffee!! Bed was comfy and linen good. Shower very small. Price was really affordable and this hotel was good value for the money spend! Do not sleep in room 302. Right at the Top where guests wait for the elevator and they are happy or mad! Funny noises up to early morning hours. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make our own Coffee.

Nothing Nothing. The room was so bad we had to find another hotel. It was not anything like the pictures on line. Terribly small, so small we couldn’t open our luggage. Electrical outlet hanging out of the wall, holes in the wall, bathroom light didn’t work and numerous other smaller issues.
-
Nothing The rooms are super small, they are straight lying with the 17 sq. m. We requested a double bed and the room we got 1st had two single beds. When we requested the proper bedding they sent us to a room with the windows attached. There was no sunlight in the room, we requested a new one. The new room had the AC open and as you can see the filter has never been cleaned. There is almost no cold water pressure, it is not worth it at all. Skip. Do. Not. Stay.

Location of the property is at the heart of sulthanameth so it’s easy to walk around to anywhere also the breakfast daily was great ! The rooms are too small it’s very uncomfortable if you have luggage, also you can hear all that’s happening in the rooms next to, everyday the room cleaning was done incomplete trash not taken out, towels replacement always incomplete

Close to attractions They advertised suite 2 bedrooms 2 baths. When I got there they gave me a room with small living area and with tiny bath. I showed the booking and they said we have no such room and will accommodate you tomorrow but never did. Be careful from these people for family suite they have picture different than discretion. I feel cheated

It’s not worth it. First off, we came in past 2 am due to a flight delay, and I had reserved two rooms; one double room and one room with two twin beds. I got neither. One of the rooms was a single room and the ac in that room didn’t even work. On top of that the electricity went out and it was an awful first night. The other room had a double bed when I specifically requested a 2 twin bed room. During our stay, my husband and I had to switch 3 rooms total because the second room that we got switched to, its AC stopped running after the third night. Our last room was ok. The wifi barely worked and the breakfast was so disgusting. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy a stress free cool holiday! I do not recommend it since we had so many issues and honestly you could probably get better rest elsewhere. The AC barely worked, wifi is not the best, and breakfast isn’t good!

Good value for your money. small boutique hotel, close to all attractions in Sultan Ahmet, helpful staff, room sizes are bit smaller but this is what expected for the hotels in this area. The street has bit of slope and hence not good for people with disabilities, however, it was not an issue for us, a short walk to main square. They need to improve the breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. All kind of food variety and very tasty.
