The sea view is just wonderful, the classic room style is beautiful. Also I like the breakfast quality.

Excellent location in Kadikoy convenient for metro and ferries. Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially Enes Kerem. Hotel room was clean and facilities were all great. I'd stay here again!

Not the best view from my window but still acceptable, not all windows can be on the front site :), weekend evenings quite noisy neighborhood until late night. But it is the price for living directly in the center.

TRT1 und ZDF waren als TV-Programme zwar vorgesehen, aber nicht erreichbar, daher leider kein WM-Schauen möglich.

Clean and location is excellent

It is incredibly easy to reach from the Metro Station, but don’t let the convenient location fool you — this is far from a typical terminal hotel. It is a true luxury property with exceptional amenities and a beautiful scenic view overlooking the Grand Terminal and the Kadikoy shores. The value is well balanced, and the experience feels premium without being overpriced. The entire team was outstanding — polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Their attention to service made the stay even more memorable.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Dekalb! The manager and staff were superb, and the room was stunning. The room was exceptionally well-appointed, beautifully furnished, and comfortable in every way. The location is great for those staying on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is a short walk to the ferry and metro, and a huge variety of dining options are available nearby. My wife and agree that this was the perfect hotel choice for us. I can't think of anything.

First off, the location is perfect—right in the middle of the action in Kadıköy. And the sea-view rooms have this really cool panoramic view of the Bosporus where you can literally see everything from Haydarpaşa station all the way over to the Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia, and the Sultanahmet Mosque. The rooms themselves are huge, super clean, and really comfortable. I usually have to get some work done while I'm traveling, and their desk setup is actually great for working remotely. The staff is always super attentive and helpful, making you feel right at home. And they provide a parking spot! Driving and parking in Kadıköy can get crazy, so that is a huge lifesaver. Bottom line: you just aren't going to find another hotel in Kadıköy that checks all of these boxes. Highly recommend!

Best place, best room. The staff was amazing, organized a birthday cake for my mother on her 60th birthday. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The location is excellent. Only a few steps from the Metro station M. The room was spacious, with a sea view. The place was calm. The staff was very helpful. The room is a bit dark. I did not like the fact that I had to ask for the breakfast even though it is already included in the reservation.

Smells out side

I thoroughly enjoyed my six-night stay at Dekalb Hotel. Although my original room had a less desirable view, the staff kindly upgraded me to a room overlooking the Bosporus Strait, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every employee was friendly and helpful, with a special thank you to Nagehan and Kerem who always welcomed me with a smile and friendly conversation. As a solo traveler, I greatly appreciated their kindness and warm hospitality. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. The location is outstanding—less than five minutes to the ferry terminal, close to transit, and within walking distance of countless restaurants and shops. The traditional Turkish breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dekalb Hotel. Lighting in bathroom needs to be improved, it was too dark for applying makeup. Occasional loud music from nearby bar.

We could hear some loud music from a bar close to the hotel. For us it was not a problem as it didn't affect our sleep and the hotel provided ear plugs
