Location was great and the staff very friendly Somewhat difficult to get to as in a pedestrian zone without knowing the language. NO hot water - problem with the system that day. NO elevator, big issue lugging bags up multiple floors

My Kent Hotel is right in the heart of Kadıköy surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and only a short walk to the metro, ferries and buses. Yavuz on reception, Enes in the dining room and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our conversations with the owner, Cengiz, who shared his amazing knowledge of Kadıköy's history having grown up in the area. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, especially the pastries and baked goods, and tea, Turkish tea and all kinds of coffee were available 24/7 in the dining room. Our 5th floor room was bright, comfortable and quiet and had a lovely view over the Bosphorus. No complaints at all - a minor leak in the bathroom basin pipe was fixed the same day.

The room wasn't ready at check-in (but tea and a pleasant conversation with the personnel bridged the time nicely while waiting). Tiny bathroom. The room couldn't be darkened properly with the available curtains (but I had an eye mask available).

Best people i have ever seen. They try everything to make you more comfortable. They even made sandwiches for me in the middle of the night even though i could have just gotten some from nearby places. There is no elevator. Of course they help with luggage, but if you have bad knees, be prepared.

The location was excellent! the restaurant accross the entrance ( Ali baba) was good be aware, there is no elevator and some rooms are on the 5th floor

Excellent, super helpful staff. Ideal location within a short walk from ferry station. Very lively, still hustle-free district. Perfect cafes and restaurants all over the place. Nice hotel breakfast, all fresh and tasty. Nice selection of various sandwiches, vegetables, pastries. Everything was great.

The best thing is the location its in the middle of the bazaar, inviting near you, the personnel are very helpful and nice. The room is very small it doesn't fit 2 people, the mattress and the pillows was very used and uncomfortable, they doesn't change the breakfast menu its almost the same everyday and its not varied as it should be, lastly the noise is unbearable on the weekends.

Location, 3 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes from the ferry and in the heart of kadikoy Staff are super helpful and try to fulfil all needs whenever possible. Rooms with view in the fifth floor, a bit small but cozy and with view ! No lift so not easy for anyone.

Great place in the center of the market, three minutes from the ferry and underground stations. Just an hour and a half on foot from the TV-tower. Nice breakfast, nice cleaning and very friendly staff. The shower door was unfortunately broken.
