The breakfast was great, hats off to the staff, genuinely. Thinking about it makes me want to get tickets back there right now Also the location is actually like perfect, I was really happy with it The staff was incredibile, no issues at all with the room or the amenities The spa area doesn’t work for now but I cannot wait for it to be back up and running

Located in the heart of Besiktas, this cozy place is worth the price. The breakfasts are individualized and served on trays. Rooms are way more smaller than they show in photos

Great location steps away from the main terminals (ferry, tram, train, bus) of Kadikoy, and also to the interesting areas around the neighborhood. Street is generally quiet, and staff is very friendly. Room was clean and is exactly how it is pictured. Appreciated that there was a desk and fridge. Property has an elevator which is a big plus. Breakfast was also generous and good. The rooms are a quite small, but good enough for a short stay.

A little bit used but quite clean hotel. The staff is very good IMO, at the reception there is always somebody who speaks English, others - almost doesn't (but it's expected) Noise isolation between room and outside, including hall. Or at least some rules has to be added to be silent in the hall. Got woken up couple of times because noisy neighbors or music playing under the window of the room.

Nothing to dislike, all good

We stayed at this hotel for one night between connecting flights. Overall, the location is excellent — close to the metro, ferry terminals, plenty of restaurants, and nice spots to walk around However, a few things could be improved: 1. The central location also came with a downside - it was quite noisy at night with people shouting and talking loudly outside, which made it hard to sleep 2. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was making a very loud noise, and we had to call the front desk staff to turn it off 3. The bed was uncomfortable - too short for someone 6 feet tall (my feet were sticking out), too narrow for two people, and there was no blanket, just a thin sheet. We ended up feeling cold during the night

They didn’t accommodate me but took the money. DO NOT BOOK. SCAMMERS. They refused to accommodate me and never returned the money or cancelled the reservation. SCAMMERS.

Location is great. The room is equiped with all the necessities, shower works like charm. The staff is very helpful. Air-conditioning is noisy, and the street is a bit loud

Location, cleanliness, A/C, shower, politeness of the staff, Would be nice to have hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Also, couldn't find Halk TV and Sozcu TV on the Tv/Satellite network. But overall, it was a prefect stay for 1 night!

The receptionist was very friendly the room is clean and everything what you need for trip is available very central area, close to shopping possibilities food and ferry to the other side, but still quiet. Erkennt der von recommended and when I come back to Istanbul's my place. Sauna and spa area is available too
