Great location. Central and lively neighborhood. Easy access to ferries and public transports. Fair upgrade price and nice cleaning lady The smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning was very disturbing. Apart from the cleaning lady, no one seemed to make any effort to stop guests from smoking. The stairway was literally dark. I asked for the lights to be turned on, but the receptionist simply replied, “It’s normal!” Except simple soap and one low quality shampoo, nothing to be found in the rooms. Avoid booking the room with terrace . For 2 persons it’s abnormally small (definitely not 32square meter!! We needed to upgrade to triple room

The location is very good, close to Kadıköy metro and ferry stations. Warm in winter, fairly quiet. Clean as well. Constant cigarette smell in the room.

Old facility, extremely expensive for what is offers, wear and tear, door can’t be locked from inside asked to fix but no fix couldn’t operate the AC cool it felt warm but they only operated heat, the sheets was washed but had stains. My all in all experience was not a good one

Really great location There was a leakage from the ceiling right above the toilet, so water (I hope..) was dripping on our heads when using the toilet. No solution or compensation in any way was offered.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its central location made it easy to get around, the rooms were stylish and spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were initially satisfied with our choice. Unfortunately we were woken up very early by extremely loud renovation work that seemed to take over the entire hotel. It was impossible to sleep or relax. This should have been communicated in advance, and in such a situation, bookings should not be accepted. We addressed this issue with the reception, but unfortunately, there was little they could do. A hotel stay is about rest and comfort, and that was not possible here. Hopefully, this will be handled better in the future.
