Front desk gentleman was exceptional.

The hotel is well located and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Berke at the front desk during the night shift. He gave us excellent advice on routes and local transportation, which made our stay much easier. Many thanks :)

Very decent hotel in a good part of Kadikoy. Nice cafe on the first floor that offers breakfast. The hosts are very attentive and nice people. The room was clean, the towels fresh and clean and the bed was comfy. Soundproofing (as in almost all the hotels) doesn't exist. The view in the backyard is to the multifloor parking that makes a sound once an hour. It didn't disturb our sleep, though. There is also mold in the shower that should be taken care of. But the shower itself is clean.

The bathroom could have more lighting and the toilet struggled to flush. If you come in the winter, note that the heating is provided by the air conditioning unit.

The staff is absolutely amazing, which I normally don’t put much thought into, but they really go above and beyond in every way. Rooms clean and modern with streaming smart TVs, very good breakfast that they bring to you. Nice little cafe in front. Situated on a smaller side alley which is part of a larger promenade full of shops and cafés. Small supermarket directly across and a nice parking garage right behind it. Great value for the money. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I prolonged my stay here when I was supposed to change neighborhoods in Istanbul. Very happy with this place Nothing really

The location is splendid, quiet yet in the midst of street life on the Anatolian side of Istanbul close to the Kadikoy ferry terminal; terrific staff and friendly atmosphere; beautiful breakfast and good pizzas; spacious rooms nicely furnished. If we needed anything, we only had to ask; they made us feel really at home. We loved taking the ferry into the historic centre every day and coming back to Kadikoy to eat in local restaurants each evening. Nothing. Just bear in mind that it's not primarily a chain luxury hotel for tourists but a one-off tourist-friendly neighbourhood hotel, and all the better for that. Ask for a room at the front with a street view if you want to feel part of the local scene. Oh, and watch for scooters on the street, as they won't watch for you!

Perfect location, close to everything we needed, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very welcoming, always smiling and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax after a long day The sound insulation could be improved, we could easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which sometimes made it difficult to rest

We really enjoyed my stay at Dugi Hotel. The location in Kadıköy is excellent — close to cafes, restaurants, and public transport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything looked new and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location walkable to shops, restaurants, nightlife. More of a local feel than other parts of Istanbul. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Exactly what we needed for our short one night stay.
