Staff were amazing, location was excellent. The hotel is very close to the train and metro station, buses and all public transportations. the only issue is with the fire exit! the exit door at the room doesn't close shut perfectly, so you would hear all the sound (wind, rain and people) outside all day long!. my room was facing the backyard, which was basically a restaurant! so lots of noise daily until 00:00 on weekdays and around 02:00 in weekends, which was very annoying.

The toilet was not clean at all! We informed the reception and the issue was resolved. There are still some minor works to be done to finish the rooms better (floors, sides of the shower box, etc.)

For the price was absolutely fantastic. No complaints. Located in a great area for shopping and food also.

Room was large and comfy, great shower pressure. Staff member was friendly and spoke great English - gave excellent advice on what was available in the area, even late at night. Cigarette smell came through the aircon or ventilation quite strongly. The seal on the bottom of the shower door did not work, causing the bathroom floor to flood quickly

The hotel is at a walking distance from Kadıköy İskelesi, Kadıköy Metro Station and Söğütlüçeşme Station, so it provides plenty of transportation options. It is also a stone's throw away from the stadium of Fenerbahçe. It is a brand new hotel, the room was very spacious, and the bed comfortable. Internet is good. In general it is a good choice for a short stay and for a low budget. Although the hotel is new, the floor and the walls were left unfinished in some parts. One can see that the work done is not of high quality. I stayed there for two nights and no cleaning service was provided. There were not enough towel holders in the bathroom and I had to ask for toilet paper. Also the TV was not working.

Very large room for the price. Great value. The A/C unit outside was quite loud but it was not a big problem.

location is very good we stayed room 101 which is facing front of the property, during the night very very noisy. for our second stay we stayed 202 which is facing rear of the property that was a noise and shower problem. that hotel has no sound proof

Staff was very helpfull and hotel is very clean and on top location. Little bit loudy , noises from street but its not hotels faulght.

- the room was not cleaned, there was a cafe in the courtyard, the operator was playing music, it was noisy, it stank of sewage, the pillows were not comfortable, the manager did not solve the problem in any way, no one cared, arrogance and impudence. I don't recommend it.

Very clean room and friendly staff :) The ferryport is within walking distance. From here you can easily reach all three parts of the city. Good location if you feel like watching a Fenerbahce game. There are many good bars and restaurants in the area. A really livable neighborhood in Istanbul :)
