Kadikoy Bull Hotel

Nothing They were so rude, RACIST and zero customer service.

This hotel is nothing but a trap for tourists. The night shift manager is a scammer and blackmailer. In our absence, he deliberately poured water on the bed and then accused us of damage. At checkout, he demanded €50, blocked our way, shouted at my family (including my wife, daughter, and son), and tried to intimidate us into paying. When we refused his scam, he even called the police – but the officers immediately saw through his lies and supported us. This proves it was a planned fraud from the manager himself. This place is unsafe, corrupt, and disgraceful. I have traveled the world and stayed in countless hotels, but I have never faced such humiliation and harassment. Avoid this hotel at all costs – staying here is risking your money, your safety, and your peace of mind.

1-There is no AC in the room. There is no air circulation, the room had no even a windows. There was a very old and broken fan, but wasn't enough. We couldn't sleep at all. 2- You can not wash your face or your teeth because there wasn't Cold water, water coming from the tab was only hot water 3- The sheets wasn't clean at all or even howls. 4 - The room doesn't have a closet. Not defenetly worth it

it was not bad actually, friendly staff, helped me with luggage and taxi, everything was pretty clean, and there were hot and cold water, the property is located in nice district with many shops and markets this day was extremely hot weather, and in our room was hot more than outside, there was a fan but it didn't help much

Not the cleanest room I've booked. Also, it both lacks a window and an A/C or anything to refresh the air inside, so watch out if you're especially booking on warm/hot days. No big deal, but I was informed there'd be complimentary coffee & tea in the room, which wasn't the case.

Staff was helpful with luggage and finding transportation back to airport. Bad layout, hard to move around room, cheap fixtures and ugly furniture, big hole in wall where someone kicked, faucet falling apart, bathroom mirror installed poorly and marred significantly, no soap, no coffee, no drinking water, no nightstand, no view, no towel racks, no decoration, uncomfortable chairs, lights too bright, minimal table space.

Walls are so thin, you can hear anything from next door, and bathroom walls was bit dirty (hairs are everywhere)

The hotel is newly opened. The location is very central. The staff is friendly and helpful. They constantly offered me drinks. I will choose this place again.

The room and the overall hotel were very dirty. In the room we found dust, dirt, and stains in the mirror etc. Also the bedsheets were unclean. The air conditioning was broken. NOT recommended.

The staff were great.. very helpful and very nice. Great communication The rooms need a few pictures on the wall and maybe a full length mirror to make it complete. I am aware this is all being re furnished so i think they will add those last finishing touches

No air conditioner which was a very bad surprise for July’s hot temperature in Istanbul. There was an option to cancel this hotel but we’ve decided to stay. Hotel provided us with the fan instead.

Great internet connection, comfy bed and hot water for shower. It can be hard to find so use the address given and not the hotel name.

My new accommodation in Istanbul, where I always travel for business, has been announced. I would like to thank the entire Bull Hotel family for the love and kindness they showed me.
