The air conditioner broke every night and there is no solution until second day

The location was okay The room was way to hot!!! I was on the top floor in a family unit. I had to ask them twice to fix it, which they did promptly. It needs to be where the AC unit can be powered on and not depended on the key card being in the slot. It was cooler outside than in my room. I would come back for the day and it was 86 f. You NEED to have several fans in there to cool the room down.

The door of the hotel room did not close properly. Furthermore, the breakfast was served between 9-11 am which was quite late.

Rude staff. When we entered the hotel the lady at the reception didn’t even look up as she was on her mobile playing a game. We apologised and said we have booking but she show no reaction. Then we apologised again and said we have booking then she said only passport that’s it. We waited 10 min then she gave us key and then was on the Mobile phone. again. Only little items served for breakfast, as no buffet provided. No cupboard for clothes and no hooks in room and bathroom

The location was great for lots of transportation options and getting around. Ample food options. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good with variety. Bottled water in fridge supplied. Nowhere to open a full sized luggage. Not a lot of surfaces to spread out. Bathroom had hairdryer and an outlet for shaver but nowhere to plug in hair straightener or regular voltage appliance. Couldn’t control the heat, had to turn it off and leave window open which made it really loud from street noise.

The room was decent we stayed for 3 nights however they didn’t change the towels nor cleaned the room

The staff were very friendly and the room was new. The room is very small and the bathroom is extremely tiny. U have to be kids in order to be comfortable in such space. No space for 2 bags as luggage and no wardrobe just a holder for a couple of jackets. Also the breakfast was set menu so u don't get to have several options to choose from. If you came for shopping it's impossible to fit in any bags in the room.

Nice looking hotel from the outside and relatively clean inside. Horrible communication. Still in the process but might got scammed. I booked for another person. They told me only at reception. I paid, cash. No said that there must be a mistake. Just one example of annoying interactions. I would have expected more.

On our request, hotel changed our room since we were located on noisy side of the street at first. Reception operates 24/7. Lack of soap and shampoo (there was only one liquid soap in the shower). Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. Only one thin blanket was available (thought gave us one additional on our request). The breakfast is simple and almost the same every day, but the main complaint goes to the fact that is not a self service, i.e. the waitress (which was very nice and serviceable) brings you food and coffee/tea which you cannot choose so everything is predefined in advance (what and how much will you eat). Overall, the breakfast was not bad, it can help you start your day, but I prefer a self service and that you can choose what you want. One more thing, breakfast starts at 9 am; personally, I prefer to start it earlier.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was only available at 9 am, which was much too late for us. Airco only worked when in the room. No wifi when we were there (one night). A lot of noise from the street

Was clean and has nice smell, which is very important for me. Staff are very kind and nice There is no hygiene products, as single used toothpaste etc
