Excellent location. It was great to be able to just walk up to the restaurant and have a stunning view of both the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and ships along the Bosphorus strait. The food at the restaurant was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Staff was excellent. It was nice to be above all the hustle and bustle. Breakfast at the hotel did not include cappuccino or Turkish coffee. You have to pay extra for cappuccino, espresso, etc. They have regular coffee, but it is not great. The restaurant for dinner does not serve wine. I expect that was the reason it was so quiet. Many times we had the restaurant to ourselves. It was a delight for us and worth forgoing wine with dinner I would recommend to the hotel to get a machine that makes all the different espresso drinks and hot chocolate with a push of a button like so many European hotels provide their guests. And just make it available during breakfast.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in the center of Istanbul. The location is good. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. A special thank you to Mr. İlker AKKILIÇ for the excellent service and support during my stay. He was very helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. His attitude made the experience much better. The hotel should consider replacing the towels with better quality ones.

The bed cover was too small. They used a full size comforter on our king (?) bed…it is the same width of the bed!

Absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had high hopes for this one but the service at the front desk as well as customer service online is awful. I wanted to check in early and was told £50. On arrival I was told it would be £100 and then was told there was no room available. Followed by a quota of £70 for a room that would not be available until atleast after 12pm. I was given no guarantee of if or when the room would be available. Coming from someone that was running on zero sleep for the past 24hrs due to traveling, I needed a bed to rest but instead was greeted by rude and disrespectful concierge at 7:30am who decided to argue with us rather than be understanding. Everything. Bad service all around, everyone is rude here

Nothing much. Location is good but there are 100s of hotels in the vicinity Rude staff . Poor amenities . Poor service . Extremely poor supplies even for shower and toiletries .

The location is key. The staff is very friendly. Their restaurant food is good The facility is somewhat aged The rooms are pretty congested The balcony style door, which is very crafty The air conditioner is set to only at heat. No fan option for ventilation.

Location is perfect, room is spacious, breakfast was memorable - lots of variety and can feed seagulls from the terrace and not to forget the stunning view (both sunrise and Sultanahmet/ Blue Mosque) during breakfast is just speechless. Lots of love. Nothing
