The location and privacy.

Everything was the worst from the moment we arrived at 4am in the morning and the rude attitude the man on the reception met us to the mold and bugs on bed that made us run away with our lives . And when we asked them to refund, they refused.

Great location with wonderful roof top terrace with great view to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and Bosporus. Lovely breakfast at the roof top terrace. Loved the dinner at the terrace, too. Nothing

Central location - 10 mins to all blue mosque, aghia sophia, grand bazaar. The dining room was on 6th floor, we had morning breakfasts with a fantastic wiew of the Blue mosque, Aghia Sophia and Bosphorus bridge. We ate once in the evening, were had 15% discount off bill as hotel residents. The meal was good. More room facilities, kettle, tea/coffee making, iron, bin in bedroom. Better communication between staff. Better lighting in room, as dark. Breakfast was mainly cold buffet with a fair choice, however not enough cups, glasses which you had to wait for being hand washed. Coffee machine constantly breaking. Had a family room, which was two connecting bedrooms- dated, not enough facilities ie tea making, no glasses, only one bin which was in bathroom, no iron (which asked for- but did not appear on our 7 night stay) We had to leave hotel early on last morning for our flight 6.30 am, which meant missing breakfast paid for. We were offered breakfast sandwich however was told on morning of leaving whilst leaving by reception staff he did not have keys to kitchen to get the take away breakfast. He then proceeded to ask the taxi driver to stop at a bakery to get us some breakfast - we were 3 people. This resulted in an argument between the recption guy and taxi driver, who said it was not his job to do so, which went on for several minutes. I intervened and told them we dont want to stop and want to get to the airport. The taxi driver was clearly ruffled by this and it could be felt in the hour long journey to airport. All in all we did no get a paid breakfast but a moody driver. It was like a set out of 'faulty towers'

Not much to dislike, only breakfast could be better.

The hotel is perfectly located- a few minute walk from the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia, The Grand Bazaar, The Basilicum Cistern, Topkapi and the Hypodrome. The staff was helpful and nice. They helped us to arrange the boat trip to Bosphorus as well as the taxi from and to the airport. The breakfast could be richer and more variable. We would welcome more fresh fruit and vegetables.

There was no vegetarian breakfast n they did not support for that neither provided simple slice bread which available mostly in all hotels n they charge for breakfast which was zero value

The staff wasn't helpful and was grumpy from the very beginning. The room was very dark. The breakfast was poorly prepared. There was no smoking area in this hotel.

This is my 2nd time here. Honestly i love it! The guy at the reception, John was so nice he upgraded my room to Balcony room for free! I was beyond happy. Other staffs was also very nice and helpful. The location is good. Near to Grand Bazaar, Camberlitas tram stop, Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Breakfast was okay. Overall im so satisfied! Will definately come again. No kettle in the room & no iron. Everything else was perfect!

Good for value deal in a central location next to a tram stop, clean, warm with the hot a/c, comfortable big bed, helpful reception staff. Small rooms in general in Turkish hotels, darkly lit in the bedroom, old furniture and shower corner, breakfast was simple.
