Friendly and very helpful hotel staff, but a special thank you to the front desk staff, particularly to Mr. Usur for his kindness and for all the help he gave me in my walking adventures. This is a confortable and very clean hotel located at the center of everything you may want to see; walkable distances to the main sites and to the Egyptian Market, waterfront/Galata bridge... Public transportation is within 50 feet of the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat right around the corner. Breakfast was excellent and served on the top floor of the hotel which offers a spectacular view of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus, truly stunning at night. Nothing

Great breakfast on the terrace with fantastic views. AC worked very good on the hot days we had. Friendly staff. Room was very small, bathroom has no much storage space for toiletries.

We loved our stay at Rast! The location is very convenient- a very short walk away from the major attractions. The condition of our room(501) was impeccable, it was very spacious for 3 people, and we loved the view and the balcony. The breakfast is excellent, the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Most of all, we loved the staff - helpful, well mannered and welcoming. The receptionist is very attentive and helpful, making the place feel elevated. The breakfast team, Iram and Gunesh, are so sweet and hard working. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again.

The endless beautiful views from the terrace, staff was amazing, location is fantastic! A 5 min walk to the German fountain where Haga Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Citren and so much more. The front desk also arranged the Bosphorus Cruise for me. Everything was wonderful. The property is a bit dated, poor lighting in rooms and bathrooms could be improved. Cost wise it is expensive given the property condition but you are paying for location.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. What I did not like about the property was that I was not notified that there will be construction. My cousin who was staying with me has severe allergies. We had to make another arrangements for us to leave. As we were leaving we told the staff why we had to do an early check out and did not try to resolve the matter with us. Booking had to intervene and resolve it on our behalf.

Location could not be better - most central for a tourist who wants to be within walking distance in the old city - 20 meters from Tram! and close to everything that one wants to see, eat at or visit (also has a great breakfast from a top floor with a great view) rooms could use some rugs to make them feel cozy and less like an office

I’ve been in the hotel for 4 nights. The experience was great, everything was just perfect, nice stuff, amazing breakfast, great location. Ive been in Istanbul before in another hotel, and this one was much better in comparison.

Location, breakfast, and staff! One elevator and it has some service issues. They were resolved relatively quickly.
