location is excellent and staff are friendly. we have stayed here numerous times. It is a lot of money for a special category hotel and we asked for a specific room (507) which we always get and received a different one. A bit disappointing as we did ask and was told this would be possible.

Excellent location, spacious room especially for Istanbul and great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. This was the 2nd stay - they forgot to leave complimentary water and forget to replace toilet paper. Part of the property need updating.

Hotel location and view from the breakfast restaurant were good. WiFi was terrible. Very weak wifi signal in my room and terribly low speed.

Great location within walking distance from main tourist sites and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally helpful especially Mustapha. Needed additional services and they were willing to accommodate my needs. Will stay here again.

Hotel location is good, right in the centre of historical part of the city. But it means you will wake up 5 am with the sound of mosque praying voices. Room is big enough, clean and nicely decorated in authentic style. Breakfast is very nice and fruitful, you can take it to the room and enjoy it at the balcony. Staff was nice and polite and helped with taxi and city navigation. Unfortunately there was a big cockroach on the wall on the 3rd day and it hided somewhere in the walls. There was no iron, and it was just one cup in the room. Balcony is big and nice, but it’s face wall is so high so you can see the sea and city only if you stand up.

An older hotel but very rustic with lots of charming artisan crafts hanging everywhere. Service was really good, even though with a slight language issue with the cleaning staff, they make an effort to make our stay very good. Location is great, one can walk to all the main historical sites and the tram was close by.

- Luxurious - extensive luxurious spacious marble crystal and hold Turkish style lobby and the entire hotel is spacious and opulent - all the staff extremely kind helpful and polite Best location ever ( my 5th trip to Istanbul And this was the best location I’ve stayed ) Everything was amazing And when I had a problem with my return taxi to the airport they sorted it all out for me within minutes
