Near to most of top attractions + friendly staff specially Mr Ayub at front desk. Excellent Bosphorus view from rooftop restaurant A little bit of ups and downs.

Visiting friends fr Winds who were in same hotel. Great location for the sites. Great breakfast every morning. All the hotel staff are excellent.

There were unobivious GLASS SHARDS ON THE BED. I got a puncture injury and infection that put me in the hospital at my expense. No apology from management.

There were nearly invisible glass shards on the bed when I checked-in jet-lagged. I was injured and spent many days in the hospital instead of my tour group. Management declined to acknowledge any accountability. I had a terrible experience!

Good location ang accommodation were fine. Disappointed that they has no personal spa or massage avaliable as advertised. That is why I chose them, was looking forward to a good Turkish bath and sauna experience. O well

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location could not be better if you are in Instanbul to see the historic sights. It is no more than a 7 minute walk from all the main sights. Ignore Google maps which tells you it is 19 minutes and takes you on a round about route - Just come out of the hotel, turn left and follow your nose. It is uphill for a few minutes.... but most of the route is a gentle downhill walk. The hotel is in the middle of a wholesale clothing area so it is pretty quiet in the evening but there are many restaurants along the route down to the sights and many, many more in the general area of Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The Old Ottoman Restaurant is the first restaurant you'll meet and it is very good value and has excellent food. The hotel has its own restaurant (Eva Bosphorus) on the roof and offers spectacular panoramic views of the city. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of foods and evening dinner is also very good (no reservations needed) and you can look at the lights of the city! The rooms are comfortable with excellent wifi. Our bathroom had a walk-in shower - wet room style - and it was great! Air Co worked very well but we could also open a window. The bed was also very comfortable. We didn't have a view and most rooms don't but we weren't in the city to look out our hotel windows! The staff were also great - very friendly, very helpful, happy to please. It is a hotel that we would happily go back to. Nothing.

The staff at the hotel helped with organizing the room for our big group, the massage people at the swimming and spa area were really friendly - we were individually well served - and the dining place at the top floor was just amazing, just what we wanted with a breakfast with view to the Bosporus. The rooms did not include moisture cream. One our friend got one day moisture cream to the room but we did not. I never understood why it was so.

The fact the room initially assigned had no window. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The food was average. The hotel is well located, just 10-20 minutes away from different means of transportation, but the immediate surroundings of the building aren't so good looking.

Everything was great, especially the location and the restaurant with a stunning view over all of Istanbul. The hotel also has a beautiful spa, with a sauna and a warm-water pool. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Location and viewpoint from restaurant was excellent. The staff and service in the hotel was pretty shocking.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and their breakfast room provided a wonderful view across Istanbul. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient with the breakfast being a highlight. Could not regulate the temperature in the room.

The breakfast was very good and the views were beautiful. The bed was comfortable though a little soft for us but that’s a personal preference.
