Overall, it was a wonderful stay for first timers; great location, great breakfast, staff was super helpful, clean, and the rooftop view was fantastic. Left a great impression for our first time in Istanbul. Thank you! Some shower grouts were stained. Luke warm water for showering during a couple of the mornings. Everything else was great.

Our stay at Orientbank Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection was truly excellent. The hotel beautifully combines historic charm with modern comfort, offering a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was elegant, very comfortable, and impeccably clean—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. During arrival we were offered a room upgrade and that we get was outstanding. I just want to mention, that room upgrade has nothing to do with this review, we were not ask to write a good review. This was just a great and warm gesture from hotel. A special highlight was the Gregor Jazz Club within the hotel, which added a unique touch to the experience with its great music and inviting ambiance and also the staff - the club was fully booked, but they quickly find us a table and offer a top notch service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would particularly like to express my gratitude to Emre Akdeniz (I trust I have correctly recalled his name) for the information he provided, his warm welcome, and the time he devoted to our needs. With its prime location and distinctive character, this hotel is a fantastic choice in Istanbul—we would gladly return.

Bathroom was weird set up, shower doors allowed water to leak all over floor. Shower floor very slippery.

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we have a memorable stay. They even gave us a free upgrade once they knew that we are celebrating their ur 25th Anniversary The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing

Rooftop Very disappointing stay. Far below the standard expected from an Autograph Collection hotel. Room 102 had dirty carpet with bubble wrap underneath, and visible pink/black mold in the bathroom. The sink area had no door, and the shower/toilet doors had a large gap that allowed visibility and odors. Staff first told me “all rooms are the same,” then changed the explanation after I showed photos, which felt dishonest. Room 204, where I was moved, still had mold, an unstable bathroom door, poor soundproofing, and curtains that wouldn’t close. The hallway on the first floor was filled with cleaning tools and linen bags all day long. After checkout, the hotel emailed me asking for an 8+ rating in exchange for breakfast and an upgrade next time — completely inappropriate. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Historical building next to main attractions Grand Bazaar, Musk. Nice Jazz Club in the premises the wk. Rooftop terrace for drinks with nice view of the city & Bosphorus. Inside Decoration of the hotel & rooms is quite basic with poor artistic taste, and cheap. Close-Up Mirror in my bathroom was broken. Bathrobe was highly damaged and old. Slow service at breakfast & restaurant. Poor English speaking capacity from staff, quite all junior.

The location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good The bathroom and toilet were not completely isolated from the bedroom. It was a weird design, where they loosely separated by glass. Practically there were open to the bedroom
