Exceptional location. Older, beautiful builder. Inside is extremely outdated, my room was very smelly had a lot of water damage that hasn’t been fixed dirty carpet

Actually the hotel doesn't mach the money i paid, old rooms and cleaning is not good. The AC can't be adjusted by yourself, if i turn it off it will be hot and if I turn it on it will be cold.

Location was excellent, close to the shops and restaurants and most importantly the tram line so that going places was so convenient. Our family room was huge, spacious and comfortable that we cancelled a stay at an apartment for the second half of our visit by extending the stay at the same hotel!. Breakfast was ok, I enjoyed but my husband and kids didn't so much. Staff were generally very helpful especially the guest relations host Salma. Nothing much, everything was ok. However, the kids didn't like the pool, said it was small and the water was cold.

I mostly like the location. The rooms were spacious. I want to thank Salma from guest relations for her excellant services and attentivness. Salma is the star of the hotel.

Only location First the staff at reception were rude specially The manager Emre he is not helpful and charged me 600 Euros claiming that my reservation of one suits of 65 m2 and one double bed room only reserved for 2 adults And you need to pay 600 for 5 nights for the other 4 persons Unfortunately the reservation is non refundable and the time is close to midnight Which he forced me to pay So this hotel is lacking of good management Which lead to upset a lot of people When you come to the rooms you can not rate them more than 2 stars hotel فندق سئ جدا من جميع النواحي خصوصا الاستقبال بيسرقوك بأي طريقة دفعوني 600 يورو زيادة بحجة ان الحجز للسويت اللي مساحته 65 متر مربع وغرفة مزدوجة محجوزة لشخصين فقط ولازم ادفع فرق لاربعة أشخاص الشئ الثاني الغرف لايمكن ان تكون لفندق 5 نجوم لااوصي به اطلاقاً

Salma was awesome! Great location and very good breakfast. Everything is close by. Staff are nice and friendly. I would definitely go back. The swimming pools are small and very cold. Not heated.

The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting the main attractions in Istanbul. This was the main positive aspect of our stay. This was our second stay at the hotel, and unfortunately it was very different from our first experience. There were several communication issues with the staff, which made our stay less enjoyable. We booked three rooms, and one of the rooms was supposed to accommodate three people, but it was far too small for that number of guests. Housekeeping was also not done properly, and the overall service quality seems to have declined significantly since our previous visit.

Hotel location is good and above of that Salma guest relations was exceptional was all the time trying to solve any issue always smiling and always checking about our confort .
