For Istanbul tours, I can think of no other hotel experience worth your time in this part of town.

The location is very good. The hotel is new The car can’t stop in front of the hotel so you need either arrange with hotel to send the porter to wait for you at the street to help you with luggage or you take the luggage to hotel and it is not easy especially if you have many bags. Check in took very long time and justification was we have three check in.

Great location but extremely busy, windows face a commercial building next door making the windows not very private. Extensive breakfast if you choose to have it but would not say it tastes amazing for the cost. We had issues with the smart light system turning on by itself in the middle of the night or off while in the bedroom. They sent an engineer 3 different times to fix without solution. Offered us to change rooms after two nights of issues (should have done so after the first night) but when were we going to have time? when we are there with pre-booked tours everyday. They said the staff could move things but we did not feel comfortable with staff going through our belongings for a five night stay. Also no upgrade whatsoever on the room type for having to move. The construction finishes on the property are not to 5 star hotel standards, the edges of walls and ceiling features are sloppy. They gave us Bonvoy points as an apology for the light issue. But I honestly would have liked a refund instead. We got bad sleep 3 of the five night since we had to get up multiple times to turn off the lights again and again. Also the staff got our breakfast order wrong twice and we just couldn’t even bother with getting it fixed because they didn’t seem to understand simple adjustments.

Well designed, modern and attractive common areas and rooms. Good quality. Good location for Grand Bazaar and other sites. Arriving and departing the property is a bit challenging - have to drag bags about 100 meters as street is pedestrianized. Management should consider a solution to this issue. On this stay our room had a few minor concerns - vanity sink is slow to drain and shower caulking has black mold.

Minor issue for some may be that the street is closed to cars, taxis and vans between 10 am and 8 pm so about 100 meter walk from nearest road.
