We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at Venue Hotel. The location is superb, walking distance from tram station, metro, ferry. It’s in the middle of Istanbul old city hussle and bustle but the street the hotel stands on is quiet. We enjoyed an early check in and a free upgrade of the room from the manager! Cosy terrace on the last floor with skyline of Istanbul where the breakfast was served and plentiful choice of home food for breakfast. We couldn’t wish for more! Our stay was very pleasant!

My only remark is regarding the breakfast, which could be improved with more variety and options. However, this did not significantly affect my overall positive experience.

I'm so glad I found this hotel. It's very close to the Eminonu Pier and the area is very bustling with lots of restaurants and stores. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and bright and clean. Breakfast was the absolute highlight for me. It was fresh and refreshing and well-prepared and plentiful. It probably depends on your taste buds but for me I really enjoy this style of Turkish breakfast. Kudos to the ladies working the breakfast service.

We had a wonderful stay at Venue Hotel Istanbul Old City. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old city and close to all the main attractions and transport. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great location and the staff were super nice and helpful. Decently clean. Had a small but functional elevator The first room we had absolutely reeked like something had died in it and they were trying to cover it up with perfume and air freshener. We left the windows open while we went out and it still stunk like death, so we asked to switch rooms which the accommodated the next morning, but sleeping in that smell was torture The jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Water pressure was just ok. The second room smelled like smoke at times. the whole second floor smelled like smoke. The breakfast had good variety, but nothing was really that great or memorable The bed was like sleeping on a stone slab it was so hard and the pillows were terrible. The WiFi was slow, couldn’t even watch Netflix It was basically the equivalent of staying at a motel 6 or unnamed hwy motel in the USA. Needs to be updated and nothing was particularly great, but it was acceptable

Location is excellent and the staff were very, very helpful. The room has plenty of space Aircon wasn't working but it wasn't critical. A lot of noise from the street with the window open. Cab driver struggled a little to locate it

Location is very good near to sirkeci tram station,. Eminönü, square, Egyptian Bazaar etc. Breakfast and the place it is served are good. Tabe is small with one chair in my twin bed room. Drain in the bath room is not good.

Excellent location, near metro and within walking distance of many places. Basic room, but comfortable and clean. (It was the right size for one person but I would recommend a larger room if you’re traveling with someone.)The staff was helpful. The breakfast was somewhat lacklustre - the buffet had all the right stuff but not particularly tasty

Excellent hotel, centrally located near the Egyptian Market, Sirkeci Station, Eminonu. Busy during the day, but quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast is good, staff is wonderful. I would suggest starting breakfast a little earlier than 8 am.
