Room was well appointed I booked transportation from airport with hotel, but they didn't tell me that I had to pay in cash. I spent a lot more money to get cash out of the ATM which made me very unhappy.
-
The room was smaller than expected, just 2 ft round the bed, so forgot 2 adults circulation in the room was a bit challenging ?
-
Room on 5th floor was right under the restaurant which was noisy when chairs were moved on the floor.
-
Location nothing else Not clean Staff response
-
Nice location at Bosporus with good breakfast and great view! Very small room, felt quite cheap.
-
Great location Hard for taxis to get to
-
Cockroach under the bed and sewer smell in front of the hotel. But everything else was good.
-
In one of rooms (not street orientated) there was strange smell and noise from outside (some AC fans or similar).

Located in a good place. U can take bus, train or metro or just easily walk wherever u want. Near to most of sightseeings. Room are tint, still okay. U can have breakfast on the terrace with an amazing sea view.

The location of the hotel is great, it can easily be reached by train, buses, tram and ferry aswell. It is close to a lot of attractions, so you can easily reach many of these by foot. We got a room on the 5th floor, facing the Yeni Cami, which was actually a breathtaking view, as well as the location of the breakfast served on the rooftop. The rooms were very clean, so a huge thumbs up for the cleaning staff as well. The variety of the food served at breakfast could certainly be improved. It was okay, but nothing special, only a few pastries to choose from, 2 hot dishes, 2 cheeses, etc. Since the view of the rooftop is so extra, it would be nice to have a matching quality breakfast served.

The location was convenient. Cleaning was daily and really good.No question about the waiter, he worked well at breakfast. The central street is constantly noisy, from early morning until late at night, and on the other hand, the ventilation motors of the object were making noise 24/7, alas. The insulation of doors, windows and walls is no good, even when people speak quietly, everything is audible! The central street is constantly noisy, from early morning until late at night, and on the other hand, the ventilation motors of the object were making noise 24/7, alas. The insulation of doors, windows and walls is no good, even when they speak quietly, everything is audible! We needed a transfer from the Hotel to the IST Airport. If we had warned in advance for 24, we would have paid 50 euros, although you can order it on the street from travel agencies for 40 euros, but we thought it would be more reliable. The hotel did not even check the driver, there were 4 of us, and the taxi stood for about 50 minutes on the street! The reception did not help to speed up, they also said, what can we do? Don't push us, they answered. We left 3 hours in advance, without waiting for the taxi that he said he would be there in 5-10 minutes, after 50 minutes we took the first taxi on the street and got there for 28 euros! and we barely made it! The booking indicated a terrace, but our rooms did not have one, I had 2 different rooms. The terrace was upstairs, and this is a restaurant. And when we came there, they asked us what to order each time and looked unpleasantly. No question about the waiter in the morning, he worked well at breakfast. But in the evening, we sat down and were not given a menu until we took it ourselves, and we waited sitting for 13-15 minutes. The food was very greasy and not fresh, the chicken in the Caesar was dry, and instead of sauce there was strange mayonnaise. The pizza flowed in oil, honestly the worst pizza in Istanbul.
-
View from the rooftop was breathtaking, breakfast was wonderful. In the center of everything
-
Great location for exploring old city and access the port for boat transport to other areas. Room small and a little shabby.
-
Excellent location, magnificent view of the city and Bosphorus
-
The standard double rooms are very small, so don’t expect much space — but they are clean and comfortable. Since we spent most of our time exploring the city, the size wasn’t really an issue. If you're looking for a well-located, clean hotel with amazing views and easy access to transportation, this is a solid choice. We’ll definitely return again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location great - walking distance to all attractions
-
In the early morning, there will be prayers in the nearby mosque, and the sound is a bit loud.
-
Good location The room was quite old and the bedsheets quite scratchy. The area around the bed was quite dirty too (behind and under the bed especially)
-
The location is perfect

The reception staff "Faisal" was very helpful (all others also). The breakfast Terrace was magnificent with its sea view. Terrace staff were very friendly. The room was very cozy but having all facilities. The most important and wonderful issue I liked is its very close location to the Masjed at the Eminunu square. In General the location is Great.
