The location is absolutely perfect! It is right in the city center, surrounded by plenty of cafes and shops. It’s also incredibly convenient for public transport, as the port, metro station, and bus stops are all just a short walk away. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and polite. I arrived a bit early, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for me. On top of that, they upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was a wonderful and highly appreciated surprise! The room itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping could be a bit better. Although rooms are supposedly cleaned every day, I didn’t really notice much of a difference in mine — for instance, some hair on the bathroom floor was left untouched. Also, please note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator because it’s a historical building. There are 4 floors in total, and our room was on the very top floor. If you have heavy luggage, getting up can be a bit of a challenge.

The location of the hotel is simply astounding - you can see the Spice Bazaar right from your window, whereas hotspots for tourists like Eminonu or Sirkeci are just steps away. It's very easy to arrive here by public transport as well as it's only about five minutes walking from the Sirkeci metro and tram stations. The rooms are very narrow and the facilities are just enough, and a bit old as well. The price is cheap though, so such standard should be expected.

The best safe place in the city centre! So kind staff, very authentically designed place, very clean. It was a great pleasure to stay here. Will come back here again. It is very easy to reach anywhere you want. In 3 minutes port, Bosporus, tram stations, bus stop. I recommend y’all to stay here!!!

Its was quite affordable and the location is excellent There is no lift in the hotel and if you are traveling with kids and lots of heavy luggage , then this is not a good choice.

Stairs no left elevator

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — they happily changed our room upon request because rooms were available on day 2. The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by, including a train line and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Truly appreciated the hospitality! 1. Please note that there are no elevators on the premises, so individuals with mobility issues may find it challenging. 2. Both rooms we stayed in had a noticeable odor coming from the washroom, possibly due to a sewage issue. this needs to be looked into by the authority 3. Taxis don’t drop you directly at the hotel — they stop at the taxi stand near Yeni Cami (New Mosque) and the main train line. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. For a more convenient option, consider booking the hotel’s airport transfer service, although it costs €60.

Location, service, staff, clend and cozy ??✨♥️

It was perfect for a one night stay! The only problem is that it doesn’t have an elevator and our room was on the third floor. Also they close the surrounding areas after 10 am so no cars can come in. We had 7 bags and two kids so walking 10 mins to the hotel was not fun.

Very good place near the local shops and restaurants. all staff are friendly nice people the owner Suleiman is top ten very nice person I stayed 16 days. I have not had enough. Very nice people. Receptionist Zulekha and the night reception Ferhat and Erol both are friendly. The cleaner she's polite and friendly too. I will miss you all Thank you for the hospitality I will be back soon ? Location was well situated. Seemed clean we didn’t stay long just an overnight late night and early exit

Staff was all great, but gentleman working night shift on reception was exceptionaly helpful and professional.

The stuff was extremely helpful and very nice people, the location was great if you want to be close to the most popular touristic places, even tho it was close to the bazaar you could sleep peacefully without any noise.Would stay again in my next visit in town

Perfectly located within few steps from Egyptian bazar and other attractions. Perfect and cozy clean rooms and nicely designed Maybe the stairs a bit and the view. But again you are in the middle of an old historic area

Perfectly located, clean an quiet , in December. The deluxe family room offered enough space to carry out a Pilates class using the wifi. If you happen to have the deluxe family room on the 4th floor, be aware that it is a tough climb and the furniture in that room are in need of renewal. The same room on the third floor is fresher. Both offer enough space for two or three people but would be a squeeze for 4 people.
