Très bel hôtel, emplacement ideal pour visiter istanbul. Le restaurant du rooftop a une vue exceptionnelle. Nourriture correcte mais un peu chère. restaurant un peu cher

Just had a cold sleep because the comforter was dirty. It was after midnight when we arrived after a long day so we didn’t ask for a new one and just called it a night because we were just so exhausted.

Good location, very good estaurants, mostly good staff, and BEAUTIFUL rooms. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk acted as an unsolicited concierge. He was not so subtly selling us on a "free" guided tour offered complimentary by the hotel. The tour would take us to a "special" store that sells leather goods, etc. He also suggested that the hotel book a ride to the airport costing 90 Euros. However, the true cost for a private transfer is $60 Euros. He also "upgraded" us to the room that we paid for. This is a beautiful hotel and deserves a high rating for the facility. However, as guests we are uncomfortable with the hustle, no matter how subtle. A luxury hotel should offer a GENUINE concierge service that offers the guest a good experince and value.

Location Honestly, it’s not worth it no value for money. The service is rude, the food is overpriced, the ritual shower gel is not real, it is fluorescent blue, the bathrooms are dated and the rooms smell weird. They told us they upgraded us to the best room - which was just false. We got the room we paid for - why lie to us? My aunt was supposed to pay 600euros MORE because they needed to upgrade her because of a booking error - so the guest pay for the hotels mistakes?!? upon everything the reception staff was very rude when my aunt declined and now they have to move rooms during their stay. Also breakfast is 50€?! You can find better hotels with better locations for much cheaper all over Istanbul. Don’t fall for this scam.

I absolutely loved the property! Extremely beautiful with the best staff. Everyone was dressed immaculately and extremely kind. I have nothing bad to say about this property.

This property was very conveniently located near everything. We were only two blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. I don’t have anything negative to say about this location or hotel

Lots of character- beautiful building Hard sell on tours at check in, but that was only one front desk person. Checkout was a totally different experience and redeemed the first impression.

I loved the entire vibe and energy of the hotel.

The location and the team, it feels like Home because of all the staff .. the way they welcome you, help you no matter what, anytime, i an afraid to forget any of their names.. Memdouh, Majed, Emre, Cem, Berna, Ebru, Ahmet in the rooftop.. They are the best in Istanbul believe me. The furniture is old requires maintenance.
