We liked the stay there

Nice and clean hotel , in the heart of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great choices for breakfast and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The location is perfect. There wasn't much view from the hotel room’s window. The rooms are comfortable, but small. We tried the hammam. It was pleasant, except that the lady who did the treatment was not super friendly and communicated poorly. Plus, the open door to a utility room nearby ruined the experience with the noise and sight of pipes. The hotel’s gym is small and hot like a sauna.

Booked for a massage but was overbooked and was cancelled at the last minute.

Walking distance to major locations It would be 10 stars but there was not enough pressure in the shower head and the hand spray was damage in the shower.

Perfect location, friendly staff, spacious room, breakfast included. Only the bathroom was getting a little bit outdated but perfectly functional.

The receptionist during the morning and day was super friendly and went out of his way to make everyone feel special and seen. A complete opposite of the receptionist at night. The room was nice, albeit small....but that is typical in Istanbul. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom. The steam room and sauna looked excellent, though I never tried them. The breakfast buffet was worth the stay here. Lots of food to choose from and it was really well prepared. Any diets can be easily accommodated here. I suggest getting to the buffet early, or some of the best things will run out. The price was reasonable and the location was great...walking distance to the Blue Mosque and to the Grand Bazaar. If service & gym are big considerations, look elsewhere. We arrived late at night and the man at the desk was professional, but not especially friendly or helpful. We were looking for food, hoping for his personal recommendations..especially since it was late.. We were handed brochures and told to just walk around outside. To be fair, there are lots of restaurants close to the hotel, but most of them close by 8pm or earlier. There are signs clearly posted that you aren't supposed to bring food into your room/hotel. When I asked for help ordering for food to be delivered, the same guy did say that we could eat it in the dining area, but would not help at all with finding a good restaurant to order from, or even a good ordering service to use...just, "Walk outside and see all the restaurants" (most all of them closed at that time). We had reserved a room with a queen bed. The man at the desk was clearly distraught over this and insisted on giving us a room with 2 twin beds. We are 2 men who have been partnered happily and monogamously for almost 24 years. I didn't have the heart to tell him we wanted to share a bed. Lol... If you are an LGBTQ couple, you want to be aware that the receptionist may have some obvious reactions to this. He's not trying to be difficult, it just clearly isn't something he thinks is okay. The gym is a closet with mirrors to make it look big with equipment that looks like it was salvaged from somebody's garage sale. The weights for the rickety bench press are kept away from the bench, squeezed in behind the entrance door. The machine for multiple exercises is old and not altogether operational...many weights aren't labeled. The seat and bar adjustment knobs don't work or are missing. The free weights go up to 20kg and are squeezed in beside the multi-exercise machine.

After that the services are awsome and staff is super friendly. I recommend this hotel to all who are coming to Istanbul. The only thing i didn't liked was that the gym was too small.

A very good breakfast was provided with a wide variety and options available. The location was very good.

I did the booking very last minute but the the staff ensured and made sure with every possible request I had.

I liked everything until the hotel taxi completely ripped us off at the airport by adding on random made-up charges on top of the amount of the taxi meter.

Second time staying here. Great hotel in a great location. The breakfast is really good with lots of options and new dishes every day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the wifi was quite spotty, kept disconnecting. The hot water in my shower was broken: every 2-3 minutes, it would get scorching hot without me touching anything. I almost burnt my scalp one time. After the first day, the cleaning staff didn’t clean the toilet bowl properly until I asked them.

Location was perfect! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lighting in the room was too dim. Bathroom sink area in particular needed a light above it.
