I like only the hall entrance floor and the elevators they were super fast First of all if jt says 30km from the city be aware that is always more and more then 1 hour. I didn’t like this hotel because at the property was the rude receptionist, the room was very very cold it was cold outside we arrived very late at night because of our flight and like they should’ve heat it a bit before. It wasn’t clean as it should’ve like hello its DoubleTree by Hilton its not any random Hotel, then they were a lot of thing missing in bathroom the toothbrush and toothpaste the shampoo we called them 4 5 times to refill the shampoo it didn’t work, the tv remote control didn’t work until we called someone to changed it. That very high price with nothing even breakfast was not included and etc etc

Only location because of Tuyap exhibition center. Need to make some renovation. Especially in showers. All equipment is broken. Hair dryer is from my grandfathers time. No anyhygienic accessories. No bathrobe. Even in lobby there is no amy shoe cleaning machines. It is elementary things should be in every respected hotels. Tower always moving like earthquake. If staff makes cleaning upstairs, you can easily hear from your room.

Rooms was clean . Elevator was disaster with this card control. Many people don't know how to use it and few time I need to explain to other guests also what to do with that. You can be stack inside..
