Great location near tram stop The thermostat was not always working properly and would make the rooms very cold.

Every think not cleaned bathroom not good shower broken

my room had the noise coming from the train, people praying, music, breakfast not included, had to walk 2 blocks down to catch an uber because the hotel is on main street where no cars can pass, only train. uncomfortable bed, as i woke up with a back sore.

Nice location

The location is perfect, tram is just in front, metro is within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants are around, many shops and stores. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The furniture and rooms are rather old, there are many cracks and scratches, some parts are almost broken. So, perhaps some refurbishment is required.

The location, on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, few minutes from Grand Bazar and 20 min by foot to mosques

Location and facility was good. Staff say 'yes' for everything but then they don't carry out what was requested.

Location is ok, not perfect but ok. There is a lot of nice places within 10-15 minutes of walk. Most of staff is polite and cool except manager - he was ultra unpleasant and aggressive. Second day after checking in, we went out for like 4-5 hours. When we returned, our room was wide open, doors were literally open. I took a picture of it and went straight down to the lobby to report it. All they told me was "No worries sir, we will take a look at the cameras, please make sure that you take care of your belongings since the hotel is not responsible for any of them." They just left my door wide open after cleaning, and they're telling me to take care of my stuff? That's unacceptable! I had jewlery and equipment there, around $30k of value, and thankfully nothing was missing, but if any guest had walked in and stolen something, they would not have paid for it, neither they would take any responsibility as they clearly state on multiple places in their room: "Please keep your belongings safe as the hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items" I received an apology letter the next day in the room after breakfast, along with some fruits as an apology gift. They said they had an issue with the door mechanism, after the cleaning ladies left it was supposed to close itself, but due to a malfunction that didn't happen. To top it all off, day before checking out, I was met by the shift manager — arrogant man who seemed more interested in protecting the hotel's ego than addressing a legitimate security breach. He was dismissive, condescending, and flat-out refused to give me straight answers to very reasonable questions. He escalated the tension rather than defusing it, as if I was the problem for expecting basic security in a room I paid a premium for. For what this hotel charges per night, this level of incompetence and disrespect is nothing short of insulting. I left day earlier before my checkout date, but I didn't just leave disappointed — I left furious, and I will make sure everyone considering this hotel knows exactly what they're signing up for.

Perfect location for tourists. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel which makes all the tourist attractions of the Old town easily accessible. It also connects to stations where you can transfer to other metro lines to visit other parts of the city The rooms although comfy are quite small given that the hotel is located in Old Town, and the rent is quite high

Close to historical sites (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc.) and tram/metro. They easily agreed to set up sofabed due to early morning arrival (I paid for 3 people and additional night). Rated significantly fluctuate by night so we switched hotels after returning from Cappadocia.
