This was my second stay at this property in the last two years. This is one of my go to options when staying in Istanbul because of the amazing staff, central location and cleanliness. Our booking included breakfast and we all enjoyed it each morning. The only thing I would say is a couple times if you showed up to breakfast in the last 30 minutes some items would be out including the traditional Turkish tea.

We did not try the breakfast as we arrived at the hotel very late at night and the hotel reception is still manned. Our ordered Airport service was good and our room was well-prepared for 4 tired people after a long flight. We enjoyed being served coffee or tea everytime we came back to the hotel lobby. Also, their recommendations for the dinner night cruise and Turkish bath were spot on! Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations.
