clean, good location, very lovely staff

We selected this property because of the pool, my friend wanted to have a swim after days of walking, but it was impossible to swim, the level of chlorine was too much, sauna could barely fit two people. Otherwise location is excellent! Staff at reception is helpful, the rooms are small and not enough places to hang anything, beds are very comfortable.good for short stay and easy to walk around, the tram stop is just opposite and we asked for quieter room that is not facing the tram, then there is no view, but it is not so important.

Mrs. Harika, Mr. Ugur, Mrs. Sonnur made their best for support services which was attractive for us and we tried to continue our stay in this hotel but due to fullness of visitors we have to switch to another location. Strongly recommend for family with kids because the tramway station is just near around 200 meters which allows to connect any logistic point of Istanbul. Kairat from Kazakhstan?? 22.07.2026

the locarion and the staff. And this is my fourth time in this hotel because I like it the AC did not work very well and worked on hot mood many times. and there was one blanket for double big size bed and they told me we dont have blanket so I slept every night by using light bed blanket.

Hotel has excellent location, just on the T1 tram line, everything is near and reachable. Room was clean, stuff polite, price is good.

Close to everything! The staff were super helpful, three restaurants on the property that is small and quaint in the middle of the old city. Complimentary great breakfast, and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and excellent food. Right on the tram so easy access to the entire city. Major attractions within walking distance. Small pool and the spa amenities were worthless.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the location amazing and the staff very helpful very friendly.

We stay on the 7th floor and the rooftop is up. All the guest for the rooftop is waiting elevator on the 7th floor and is so much noise. The spa is very disappointing and small, and the Turkish spa is not included in the price ( only if you bath yourself). And is very cold. The breakfast is also not good and poor.

Location perfect, to all attraction you can get by foot. Room - small, but warm, and you have all needed facilities, also tea and coffee. Personal is very supportive, to the hotel not possible to get by car directly, because it’s near tram line. We asked staff to help us and they help. Breakfast, not much choice for these ones who is following lactose and gluten free diet.

Location and the reception team Room is dark and does not have enough lighting, there is no enough storage for cloths just on closet and it is very small, house keeping is useless she don’t clean the room properly also she did not keep any water bottles in the room although i informed the reception several times and i also gave her some tip at the first day but she never take care.

The commitment of the staff working at the breakfast room (good and healthy choice). Very good Transport from the airport to the hotel booked via The hotel, cost 70 € we had to wait 30 minutes.Each time we have been told to wait 10 minutes. When I started to mention that we were going to get a taxi, finally, the car did appear. The driver was watching a movie on the phone while driving (!!!!) and we had to tell him to stop. We did pay at the hotel as agreed, when I reported the delay the answer has been that they had nothing to do with that. BULLSHITS, BULLSHITS there was a clear connection between the hotel management and the company running the transport. The contract stated that the driver was supposed to wait for us at the arrival, not us to wait for the driver. When we left the hotel I did book our own transport for 36 € (thirty six €) not then 70€ proposed by the hotel. Do I have to add what I think about the fairness of the hotel's management????? . Lack of proper maintenance in the bathroom and the bed room (bulbs gone) . .

The staff was very accommodating. The location was great, close to the tram line, to the Gulhane park and within walking distance to the Aya Sofia area. If you come via the Sabiha Gocken (asian side/ low cost) airport, the public transit is seamless, a stop for the fast train that goes under the Bosphorus is right behind the hotel, and it connects to the metro. Our kids very much enjoyed the hotel's pool, although the water is rather cold. But it was a great way to finish the day unwinding in the small pool (and the sauna for mom :)). The breakfast is so and so, but there are plenty of options so not that bad. I appreciate the fact that it was included, as in our experience this was rare in Turkey. Initially we were given a room on the tram side. Although the kids enjoyed looking at the trams, for me it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. But the staff was nice and gave us another room the next day. If you come with a transfer or taxi from the airport or plan to take one for your return, be aware that cars cannot enter on this street (as it is the one with the tram line).

First night they assigned the wrong room With no AC but the Nex day they compensate

Location is very central. The room is very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to give extra information, great English, impeccable manners, even when dealing with a rude and obnoxious guest. Exceptional value, and the breakfast was fresh and generous. Mostly the staff seem to like people, not like in some hotels where you feel it's fake. The connection seemed really genuine. I am killing myself. I didn't get the names of the guys at reception, but you will know them when you see them. The tram was a little loud but my husband and two kids didn't even hear it and we were all in the same location so that is usually my sensitivity to noise .I still slept well.

Location was great! Batu at the front desk was excellent, very welcoming and informative. Some staff were rude and not helpful. Breakfast was extremely disappointing, not enough choices.
