Good

Very clean hotel, helpful and responsible staff. Located at the heart of Sirkeci, Istanbul. Just walking distance from Aya Sofia, Süleymanie Mosque, Galata Tower and lots of more places. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also metro and tram stations just 2 minutes walking distance from where you can explore all of İstanbul. Very easy to find from the airport or Bus station with the metro. Everything was perfect. Hope to visit again next year.

The location is very lively, with everything close by, including shops, restaurants, the metro station, and trams. It’s a crowded area, but I enjoyed staying there. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mahmoud and Usman. The noise is a bit noticeable since it’s a crowded area and the restaurants are operating, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. However, the furniture needs to be renewed, and even the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired.

Great location

The location was good. It is near the main tourist sites by walking and also to metro, tram, and train stations. The port was also very near. There are plenty of options to eat, not the best places though. The bathroom had an ugly smell. We had to boil water and pour it through the pipes. Also, the room temperature was extremely hot. I asked many times to check, and they only moved the AC to max, but it didn't work because at the end it was a heater in the room that was turned on all the time.

The location is very near to a lot of sightseeing locations and you can see the sea from some of the windows if you look closely, so it is close to that as well. The staff was really friendly and helped with everything we needed. The room was big and spacious. Sometimes the room got quite warm on its own just by us staying there or the sun coming in over the windows and the only way to got it to cool down was by opening the windows to the Istanbul sounds which was difficult to sleep with.

Great location a lot of things to do around and could walk to all the touristic places. The staff was amazing super friendly and doing all they could to help. Will definetly go back

The location was fantastic, it’s a few minutes walk from Sircezi station, we flew into Sabiha Gokcen and got the underground from there to Sircezi. The tram also stops a short distance away from the hotel so getting around is really easy. The Hotel is small but perfectly formed! The rooms are nice, comfortable and lovely bathroom. The staff are just the best, I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how lovely they are. They will go out of their way to help and are so so kind. All I can think of is that it would have been good to have a chair in the room, everything else was perfect.

All about this hotel, the most part I think I love is the staff is very helpful and kind. They are all willing to help. I really enjoy my trip in this hotel.and will come back to stay at here if i in Istanbul. +Nearby at station metro & marmaray.

Nice modern hotel, in excellent location Room quite small. No breakfast. Stairs positioned dangerously.

Great location within walking distance of main tourist sites and tons of bars and restaurants. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Daily room service and fresh water was a nice touch. Room could be a little loud at night with street noise, but was mostly quiet after 11pm
