Location Reception staff rude, do not respect customers. Room condition especially toilet was bad, need renovation. Room cleaning was not performed on daily basis, not even once per stay.

I liked the hotel mostly and on top of all for its location and good value for the money In sometimes I felt like I’m dealing with a trading company not a hotel, senior staff is bit aggressive and don’t show enough respect to the guest who deserves a nice welcome and hospitality. Some items in the toilet must be changed at least for safty

Only Location Very bad attitude of staff and very bad condition of room

The location, the room's size and view, the furniture, and the polite and helpful staff. The hotel must find a solution for the odor coming form the bathroom, and to renew and upgrade the toilet. The breakfast is so poor and waste of time and money.

I know there are fancier hotels in the area but the Kafkas staff always greet me so kindly and make my stay nice. They have given good advice when I had questions about Istanbul. I always come back because the location is absolutely ideal!!! As a single woman traveling alone, I always feel safe. I LOVE the kiosk right next door! They are my friends and I mostly buy from them. I'm not much of a breakfast person so I don't care if they don't have a huge variety. I just grab coffee and some eggs. If I want more, there are amazing bakeries nearby.

I loved it here, it was affordable, but in a great location, clean comfortable, good breakfast and stuff was also OK. Very good value for money.

The location... It is my second stay in this hotel... The hotel is near to everything : tram,, train, Egypt bazar, eminounou, bosphore, sultan Ahmet and hagia Sophia... It will be good to improve the breakfast a little
