The owner is a drunk who made me uncomfortable as a woman sitting and reading alone in the bar, the bar attracts all sorts of weird guys... Therefore I don't recommend the place and we will not stay here again, very unfortunate because everything else was good

They even served me coffee in the morning by the reception. Thank you Cadrick. Also, big thank to Elizabeth for her warm welcome and great hospitality. Small language barrier with staff who lack English proficiency.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Breakfasts were just perfect – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent – very convenient and close to everything we needed, whether it was sightseeing, dining, or just enjoying the local area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We’re genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

Staff members are good especially Bright the night manager who is polite friendly and always helpful. The owner didn't appear to know how things ran at his own establishment. Freezing cold room, air con not working properly. Full bin, curtains did not close all the way. Not a good start but only stayed for the night so made it work.

The rooftop views. Very close to tram stop. Elevator didn't work on the first day. The price of drinks on the rooftop is very expensive. Poor drainage in the shower.
