Amazing view on a breakfast

-the location is wonderful -the hotel is clean- my room was the superior double room. It is large, the bed was large and comfortable, the AC working well. -the breakfast is great with an amazing view. -the staff is very friendly Overall we were very happy and highly recommend it The toilet is a bit small. There was a water leak in the bidet toilet (in the toilet not on the floor)

Everything was lovely! Very clean, extremely good location especially if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time and a delicious breakfast. The staff is incredible, I would like to thank Zayn for his hospitality and help! He helped me and my boyfriend to get a taxi to the bus station for our departure and he helped us with our luggage too. Thank you SOOO much!!! ?? Definitely would come back ☺️

Location is great but Taxi cannot come at Hotel gate. If you big bags pls call Hotel first. Restaurants is best.

Tiny, dirty. Toilet was malfunctioning and none took care of it.

The Hotel is great, the beds are super comfortable, the room is equipped with all essentials, decoration is beautiful and we immediately felt welcomed by every member of the reception staff. The location is one of the strongest points but the cherry on top of the cake was the breakfast team. Not only the view is breathtaking but Ali and Turgay are masters at their game, the way they treated us, the way we saw them treating other guests and specially all children is priceless. Everyone in the accommodation business should learn from those guys and we miss them already. The WiFi signal inside our room was very weak.
